Located at the top of the Keys, this little RV Resort is the perfect spot, one of the best I've stayed at when you consider all the amenities and the best when it comes to the staff - I booked our site well in advance and had a number of conversations with Patrick and Carlos prior to arriving, these guys are great communicators and provided exceptional customer service from the very beginning and throughout our 10 day stay. The grounds are well maintained and the staff pays attention to every detail - they pick up the trash every two hours as an example. The oceanside pool / hot tub, dock and shady sandy beach like setting is made for relaxing with a beautiful view of the blue water, if you can't forget the world's troubles here there are other issues, this place definitely exemplifies island time. We had site #22 a pull-through site that fit our 41 foot coach and tow vehicle just fine, the privacy hedges provided enough isolation to disconnect from the world but the layout also provides some social opportunities, everyone here pretty much has the same agenda and fortunately we had great neighbors. The utilities included fresh water, 50 amp electrical, full sewer hookups cable and Internet ( I didn't use their cable being I have a satellite so I can't comment on the channel selection but I'm sure it's fine) the internet was probably the best I've experienced at any campground, it connected instantly to my WiFi Ranger at full strength the entire time without any interruptions. The compacted rock sites are level with with brick patios and a picnic table, even with a few heavy rain showers we never witnessed any standing water. We definitely plan on returning, actually our site is already booked for 2023 ensuring we can get back in, this definitely is a RV Resort that you need to plan ahead especially if your travel plans are less flexible and you want to stay over a holiday, it's a great location to stay if you're wanting to explore the Keys. We have stayed at Keys Palms RV Resort for years. It is a small (30 total sites) but beautifully designed and well maintained park. The views, chill pool, boat docks, family friendly atmosphere and awesome staff are the best of the best. Can't wait for our next visit. read more

This is one of my favorite RV parks in the keys. The prices are reasonable for water front. There's convenient dockage for boats and jet skis. You can't beat lounging around the salt water pool and a hot summer day. And the staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. Weird lucky to live one and a half hours away from this resort and plan to come back again. read more

Gorgeous! Friendly! Right on the water! We were eyeing Key's Palms after seeing photos online and driving past MANY times on previous trips to the Keys. We decided to leave Key West a day early to try to get a 1 night stay at Key's Palms and we were lucky enough to get the last open spot! They do have minimum night stay rules which is why we had to call day of to try to get a 1 night stay. We are so happy we did, wow what a place! Every inch of the small, boutique style campground was spotless clean. Check in was super easy and the woman was so nice. She gave us some treats for our dog and explained about the dog park and waterfront area with pool. They are following all CDC COVID guidelines and we felt very safe staying here in our RV. The pool was amazing. What a view swimming in a pool RIGHT on the water. They have docks that go out into the water and you can chill waterside there. There are two bars next door that are within walking distance and they have live music that you can hear from the campground pool (nice treat!). Sites were meticulously maintained. All rock gravel throughout with the exception of a slab of concrete where there is a picnic table and you can set up your chairs. Property is secure and has a gate that is closed after hours with an access code for entry. We cannot wait to come back! read more

Great spot at the top of the keys! Spent three nights here and enjoyed every minute! The spots were private, resort was well maintained, and the bathrooms were very clean. The docs and pool was very nice and there was a "beach" which chairs to sunbathe. We mostly enjoyed the beautiful sunsets then being able to bike to/walk to nearby bars ;) would stay here again! read more

We stayed there for a month December 2020. We had space 9 which was right on the water. The views were stunning. The area was clean and staff was friendly. Patty in the office was AMAZING. We live in Las Vegas and had just purchased a new motorhome specifically to visit the Keys once a year. ( I was born in Key West). I would highly recommend this RV Resort. read more

Manager nearly attacked us.... Drove to Key Largo yesterday to check out RV sites for Next winter. Stopped at 2 or 3 other parks prior to this one, no problems, pulled in here, drive down to water and got out of the car to see the water front area..(Which is why we would take an RV to Key Largo) Aggresssive voice yells at us, from 50' away... continues yelling from distance that we were making them un-safe... and that he needed to protect his guests... I informed that we were not sight seers, but that we were looking to reserve for next winter, he demanded that we leave and then turned his back, I continued to ask question and he walked away... I went to the office, he remained short with me, and I wouldn't stay in this park if it were free... This is a very nice facility, but this guy must be the owners son, because only an entitled, arrogant family member would act like this... He was 40-ish, brown hair... We are 63/55 professional couple, dressed nicely, driving a newer Volvo... there was no reason for him being provoked like he was.. we were smiling and parked with the car running, clearly there for a moment to see the park Need a new guy staffing the office, and if this is the actual owner, then its even worse than I am describing as a poorly mannered employee. This is now officially one of our favorite campgrounds of all time. Super staff, amenities and location right on Black Water Bay. We stayed for 2 weeks in December and LOVED every minute of our stay. The pool was crystal clear and warm and the Spa was huge and perfectly maintained. We loved watching the boats go by in the Christmas Boat Parade and the views of the sunset are spectacular. It's an easy walk to local nightlife and all there is to do on Key Largo. Glenn in the office was a great help when we had to adjust our arrival date and all the staff members were delightful. We booked for next year before we left and can't wait to come back! read more

This was, hands down, one of the nicest stays we've had while family camping. The views are stunning, the grounds are impeccably maintained, the amenities seem brand new and very clean - the kids loved the enormous pool, while the parents loved the hot tub on the ocean. It looks like the Key's Palms RV is brand new and just opened. I made reservations for Spring Break 2017, so I have not stayed there yet. However, the service so far has been outstanding. I sent an email around 9:00 pm last night and within minutes received a call from Eddie. He was extremely helpful and provided the available sites for our potential stay. I followed up today and spoke with Glenn to make the reservation. Glenn was equally as polite and helpful as Eddie. I am looking forward to visiting the Keys again in the spring and hope to be able to provide a very positive post stay review. read more

We had an amazing 4-day stay at Keys Palms RV Resort in July when temps were reaching high 90's. Easy and professional check-in service, clean and private RV campsites, very clean but a little too warm of pool water, perfect ambience, The grandchildren loved fishing on the dock and playing in the pool! read more

Not 5 stars because I was not given the space I had reserved. I had reserved #12 because I was told it was the best spot. It had clear ocean view from the front and an awesome patio site. Instead I was given space 14 with a sideways limited view. Someone else had my spot. Their license plate was from Quebec. We were in town for a wedding so just settled for it. But the park is great. The grounds were well-kept and the pool area was beautiful being right on the water. Unfortunately, road noise kept me up all night. $150 per night to listen to the cars and trucks the entire time I was here was not a good value in my opinion.
