Comparing the price per gallon to gas stations in Key Largo, Islamorada, and Key West, it was even more significantly cheaper as the prices in most of the keys average from $3.89 to $5 per gallon. We made a mental note to return to this Tom Thumb on our return home. It was a refreshing savings on a full tank. So, for the best and cheapest gas in the keys, fill up in Marathon.

I pulled over and used napkins to pick up the immediate mess but decided to drive straight to a car wash prior to work. It's like a drive-thru mobile carwash which is pretty convenient. I paid the $34 for inside and out and proceeded thru the drive-thru following their directions. Once the outside was done via drive-thru they had me drive over to another area where I get out of the car so they can do the inside. I made sure to tell the guy I had smoothie on my passenger seat and he said not to worry; he'd clean. I waited off to the side while they worked on it for another 15-20 minutes. Once I got the car, things were rushed. Other cars were waiting to drive thru so I felt pressure to just get in and go. That was my mistake. I drove off without inspecting the car and the minute I got to the light and look over I could see it was a poor job. The seatbelt wasn't cleaned and he probably just surface cleaned what I'd already done. Pics are included. If you're looking for a good clean; this isn't the place. They're working but not hard enough to get the job done. It's cars in and out so they're not really taking time and being thorough.

So the car wasn't filthy, it just had some area's that i wanted cleaned. Mark you, I bought the car to them to show exactly what I wanted done. I specifically requested a detail in these areas- vacuum faux leather seats, clean the vents, seatbelt buckles, cupholders, and storage pockets--no exterior wash or floor vacuuming. I was quoted $100. When I called to schedule, I was told to meet at a different location (Grand Palm Hotel) and was suddenly quoted $120. After reminding him of the original price, he agreed to do it for $100 if I came to that location. I reiterated numerous times, no exterior wash. After 2 hours, not only did they wash the exterior and tires (which I didn't want), but several of the specific interior areas I asked to be cleaned were either missed or poorly done. Kevin came on scene and he even stepped in and redid some parts himself. At the end, they charged me $107 with tax, and I added a tip, bringing the total to $130. The next day, while putting my seat covers back on, I found multiple (specific) spots untouched/missed. (Pics uploaded) I shared videos and photos and asked for a partial or full refund. Instead, I was told to bring the car back. I explained that I don't have time for another visit and that the service should've been done right the first time, so i wouldn't have to return to get it done better. The response, no refunds, only rework. To make matters worse, I was told the car was "dirty," No, those specific areas were dirty that's why i wanted a detail clean in those specific areas. He also never apologized for the inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend this place. They blame the customer and take no accountability. Why would I want to return. I went home and cleaned it myself with products from Amazon.
