When talking to the cashiers, they were very nice, but would not resolve my issue. They offered to additional ingredients, which they said would make the drink more bitter. I had explained the tea wasand more because it was also extremely sweet and taste like medicine. I did not want to go from something tasting medicine to tasting like bitter medicine. I asked if I could change out my order because I had only taken a sip and I was denied the option to do so. I was informed that they do not do not refund nor exchange. I did not realize that but quickly noticed that the actual cash register where I paid had the information written down there for the customer to see. I am not bashing their Shop, but I am making others aware of no refund and no exchange policy. They do not have sample that you can taste ahead of time either in the event you want to try something that you have not tried before.
