    I had some trouble with them a few years ago, but there was a change in management and everything has flown like warm honey ever since.

    When we were finished renting the upstairs of our mother's home through PMI we were required to…read moresell it through them. They locked the front and side doors and left the basement door with its original lock so I could still get in to remove our property from the basement. Then without notice, Danial our realtor, locked the basement door so I could not finish getting things out and finish a wall repair. II called to ask Danial to let me in and to return things that had been taken. He said call your brother and hung up on me. He blocked all my phone calls. I had to go to another relator to get into our home. By then many more things had been taken. The realtor who let me into my home asked if I could open the garage door. Her client wanted to see how well the garage door opened, but she could not do it. Before I could look she said, "oh, the wires have been cut." I said, "that would be Danial. He will do anything to keep me out." Danial's write up on the house had many untruths, but he would not change it. He listed it as having double pain windows when there was not one in the whole house. He said there was a built in microwave oven, when there was not even a dedicated place for one. Then he would not list the things we wanted to list the most, like a washer and dryer. My brother asked Danial if he would turn on the gas meeter for tests to be done the next day. Danial said he would do it and that he has done it many times. I thought great, maybe Danial is not so bad after all. However, In the morning I found a text from our homes back yard neighbor. These are the exact words she texted me: "I smelled gas quite strongly outside before going to bed and so I called the Enbridge emergency line. After a lot of searching, they discovered that the gas meter at your mom's house was partially taken apart and was blowing natural gas everywhere. He is fixing it right now (at 2:45 am) and expects all to be well after he has reassembled the meeter. If we continue to smell gas we should call the emergency line again. I'll call you in the morning once I'm awake. It's has been an exceptionally long night!") It is difficult for me to believe someone would do this on purpose. I choose to believe his intentions were good but that he clearly does not know how to turn on a gas meeter. Because of all the theft, I reported Danial to the Utah Division of Realtors. Danial called my brother and told him if I did not cancel my complaint with him that he would take us to court and it could cost us tens of thousands of dollars and may take many years. My brother went ballistic. I have never heard him so afraid. I had not told my siblings I had filed a complaint. They don't live close and I had taken care of my mom and her house for many years. I had to resend my complaint for fear of our safety, both mentally and physically. * Dan never returned a single thing that was taken from the house. * PMI said they would return money left in my mom's account, but they never did.

    This property management company is a scam. They made us pay a huge application fee for an…read moreapplication that was incredibly complex and took a very long time, with several redundant fees, then denied our application within an hour of submission, saying the property was already rented. There is no way they ran our application within that time frame. I also checked with them several times prior to submitting to make sure we wouldn't submit the application just to be immediately told the property wasnt available (which is exactly what happened) and was told they would refund the fee if the application was not run for any reason. When I provided proof in an email that I was told this, the representative just stopped emailing me back

Here's just a few of the many reasons why not to: -A man who worked in their office came in our house when none of us were there to take pictures of our rooms, my roommate walked in on him having no idea when or if he was supposed to come to check out our rooms! -Every time I have tried talking to them on the phone they act short with me and refuse to answer basic questions if it has to do with the reasons for additional charges. For example, I got a call telling me to move out a desk and chair that I had left because it was not provided earlier and she said it needed to be moved out before the next tenant would move in, so then I asked her if I could have to keep paying until my lease ended since there was going to be a new tenant taking over before then, she then responded saying, I cant disclose that information, we are unaware of when she is moving in. So I told her, "but you just said to me that the desk needed to be removed before she moved in which is tomorrow?" -That is a sign that they are trying to get two rents out of two different people at the same time for one room!! -They complained saying that we were never home to do maintenance check, so they constantly left flyers on our door. They only called one out of the three roommates to confirm a date and if that one didnt answer the phone, they would later send an email to all of us saying we never answer the phone. -When we finally did make a confirmed appointment, twice they were hours late to their appointment. Basically I wish I could freaking egg their office and leave flaming bags of dog poop on their porches. If only there was a way for enough people to know about this to BOYCOTT this property management!!!
