    Stupid ATM would not take a deposit despite two attempts. So guess who ended up in a line to see an…read moreactual teller? Of course, there's just one available but dealing with a customer over the phone. Finally, customer one was dealt with a complex huge deposit. Customer two had to go on and on about an ancient insurance check and then about her puppy in grand detail. I'm sure by now the bank cameras can see my patience is being tested. Customer three, that's me. Straightforward deposit, I'm sure customer four was thankful for that. I'm an ancient BofA customer and have gone to this branch since 2002. This 5 star post is NOT for this BofA site, but for Mr. Concepcion. This bank manager's notable presence, demeanor, professionalism and patience dealing with the phone, then the customer line. There's a reason I don't deal with the public. Folks like him are blessed with a gift to be in customer service leadership. Yes, I did take a moment to post while in tbe parking lot because that was stellar customer service observed and experienced.

But I never thought I would be outright lied to from a bank manager, as well as a teller, just so that they could get off work on time. This branch closes at four, the others close at five.. don't you dare show up at 3:45 here. Some serious security security breaches on their part if I am to go with what they have told me. However, I know they were just lazy as they flipped over the computer screen showed me exactly what I was saying, and decided to tell me to call one800 number. Very curious as to how someone can show highly sensitive information, yet require more proof in order to carry on with a withdrawal. I've never needed anything other than my washington state ID. After all, this is how I opened all of my accounts. I Encourage Bank Of America to look into the management at this Westminster location, as I have had constant issues with them. I am able to confidently say I have constant issues with them, as I go to the second nearest by branch and have no problems. Even comments of, "I don't understand why they couldn't figure this out for you". I feel like if someone is going to get off an hour before all the other branch managers, they should be superior or good enough to be rewarded in that. This branch is a joke and they will be going down as no one wants to go there. I've heard several negative comments about it and I will be going to Northgate from here on out. It's a disgrace. They make actual customers feel like criminals just because there's actual criminals walking around outside. I would truly love the branch manager to be questioned about his protocol. Forgive me as Ive forgotten his name.

    I can't say enough about Becu at 183 Aurora Shoreline. I went in today, having to ask for another…read moredebit card replacement. This has gotten to be a habit. of misplacing, losing or (one time) stolen debit cards. I'm always actually uplifted every single time I leave this place (BECU). In customer service relations my entire life, I'm big on customer service. I always ask if they have been trained in customer relations, and I always get "No" Clearly, people like or even love their job there, and are respected by management. One time while I was waiting for a free professional, the concierge was young lady who laid out a bunch of investment plans for me while I waited to be seen. I'm laughing because I have no money most of the time. I felt like I was loaded, trying to place all my money somewhere so I can make more. She knew this and said yeah, we can just start with 5 dollars here or there and get you rolling. She was very consistent, but not in a way of arrogance, where I was getting pushed and pulled in all directions in a full court press to get something from me, as if someone was looking for a commission. Not even close Like everyone there, she was perfect. Done with care, true care where she didn't let go, but I felt free to say anything (professional). and I actually got interested as I was getting educated. I know what excellent customer service is, and in today's businesses, customer relations appear to be a lost art. AN after thought, maybe 3rd most important The air on the back of my neck stands up, when I'm not treated in a well, or even if some else is not being treated respectfully. Countless times I was reminded They are the onesith that sign your paychecks. I don't complain anymore, I just make sure that I compliment the person that has been professional with High standards. Many times, I'll track down a supervisor and rain on about how excellent a waiter is, or a cashier, that always has the best attitude with us whining about prices or whatever Hence, why I'm writing this tonight, as the young man with longer blond hair, was so kind with me. Smiles. putting me at ease, making sure that I was comfortable. Later that evening, had to go back and get my cane that I forgot. The Kid cleaning the glass and the ATM's, said, "Oh yeah, wait right here" He walked in the back, and was eager to get this back to me before they closed. Another smile, "Here you go sir" All of this stuff can seem really small? I feel it a little writing this. But it is not, it is HUGE! The greatest businesses treat their customers in the same way. I just like it, because I'm uplifted from this because I, and most people in this small spinning rock of a world we live in, could use a lot more of these types of exchanges. It's my honor sharing this. Keep up the good work

    I went to US Bank Northgate Branch in October with my 89 year old mother to try to get a cash…read moreadvance on her credit card.(my mother needed tyhe cash tp pay her King County real estate tax bill. While we were there I was lied to by one of your tellers. This person told me that my mother's credit card had a hold on it when I had Specifically called the 1 800 US Bank phone number and talked to a representative of your ban who informed me that the crediS Bank representative prior to our trip to your branch and afterwards after your teller lied to my face after making me and my 89 year old mother stand in line waiting to hear about our credit cared cash advance. That is totally unaceptable making us wait for 50 minutes and then be lied to. On top of that, some extremely rude old woman (a customer of yours I suppose) made insulting and hurtful comments to my mother. At some point somebody at your bank made outrageous false accusations about me. Apparently this rude person saw me speaking animatedly to my mother and then reported me to the state, falsly claiming that I had somehow been abusive to my my mother. This is after my mother and I were forced to stand in line for 60 minutes unnecessarily and then lied to by one of your employees. I had to face a humiliating visit by a DSHS caseworker who showed up at my mother's house after one of your customers made false acuusations against me. These false acusations and the activity they caused damage to my relationship, it could have damaged my professionally. This was the worst exoeriebce I have ever had at any bank. I am furious at the way My mother and I were treated. I will never ever go to a US Bank branch, my mother is cutting up her US Bank credit card due to the shoddy treat she experienced while visiting your branch.What do you have to say for yourselves? What a terrible bank and a really terrible customer you have. Never again.
