When I say everyone at this studio is the sweetest and so warm and welcoming I mean it. When you come to authentic, you show up for yourself and you set the expectations. It doesn't matter if you have never stepped foot in a studio or have been practicing for 20 years, Authentic is for everyone wanting to connect to their body. Amanda the owner has beyond made me feel comfortable in being uncomfortable as well as feeling accepted. Her practice is beautiful, the way she guides you through each class you feel supported even with 20+ students in the room. Leah's classes are also amazing, her chanting at the end really takes it home and leaves you feeling even more grounded. Scott's classes are tough and invigorating he gives such exciting and encouraging energy, if you don't feel confident in your practice Scott has some confidence and belief in you. Well, their promo worked and I will definitely be going back for massages. Can't wait to try out a facial and yoga. The 25 minute drive from where I live was completely worth it. My massage was with Marie and she was amazing! The owners are amazingly friendly and welcoming. At this time they are following many safety precautions: masks, social distancing, temperature checks, hand sanitizer. Every part of the spa side was clean.
