I researched reviews on all and Eco-Cool was my initial top choice after the research. I called the office to schedule a routine servicing of our system on Friday, I spoke with Amy at the office, she offered several options for services including a simple one time service or an annual program. We were able to schedule a tech to come out on Tuesday morning. Our Tech, Craig, was prompt, courteous, and professional even through the multiple questions I asked. He took a look at our system and the area of concern we had and he gave us the news we were anticipating (that our system is running but might not have much time left in it....it's 26years old) he offered to have quote for replacement drawn up if we wanted. (I did) he left us set up for success and he told us his goal was to keep us running into springtime at least....we appreciated that! After he departed, I called Amy again to arrange payment for today. She was kind and professional and let us know she would have a quote to us by the end of the week and even provided insight to what pricing is doing now and anticipated to be after the new year so we could be able to make the decisions best for our family. We appreciated the prompt, professional, expert care we have received in our first few interactions with Eco-Cool and are looking forward to remaining customers for a long time!

I attribute it to the fact that they send a stager in to improve the presentation of your house, and they use a professional photographer when taking pictures that will be posted on Zillow, Redfin, etc. The entire marketing process was top notch. Buying a house went smoothly as well. We were able to close 45 days after having our offer accepted. Our agent was always able to get us in to view houses within 48 hours of our request. You can make viewing requests online and the agents are very good about contacting you via your preferred method (text, email, phone, etc.) In addition to all of this they provided a large moving truck, moving boxes, packing tape, and a housewarming party. They let us use the moving truck for not one, but two days. The housewarming party was not just cheese and crackers either; you could get crab dip, Greek skewers, wings, and a whole host of other good items. They sent us flowers shortly after we accepted them as our agent. When we bought our new house they gave us a customized cutting board as a housewarming gift. Finally, they throw a yearly party for all of their clients, which includes open bar and a free pie. You would think with all of these amenities that they charge large commission fees. Our commission fees were 5% which are right in line with all other realtors.

Whenever we had a question, they were more than happy to answer it. We can not say enough good things about them. We would highly recommend them to any one who needs a Real Estate Company. We know you will be completely satisfied. Again, Thank You to the Lee Tessier team. Rich and Theresa Kurtz

Rob went above and beyond not only selling her house, but creating a game plan to help maximize her profits with little to no help with out-of-pocket money. Rob has many connections with contractors such as plumbers, flooring, painters, lawn care, and even estate liquidator all making it really easy to accomplish that game plan. Rob was able to make a very challenging sale of a home look easy! Rob communication and professionalism with us throughout the whole process was more than we could ever ask for. We are so amazed and blessed to have had Rob sell my grandmothers home. She is now in an assisted living facility with many friends thriving. We couldn't be happier with the sale of her home and we would have not been able to accomplish that without Robs assistance! While in the middle of trying to create a plan to sell the house my husband and I were also expecting our first child, so with bringing in a a newborn baby, Rob really helped make the challenging parts easy for us! When we say that Rob is the guy who will be in your corner and go above and beyond! Rob is the guy you want without any hesitation. We can't wait to use Rob in the future when we sell our first home.

Throughout the process, he has been patient - always willing to answer questions, knowledgeable - his background in both real estate and home remodeling allowed me to weigh in my options as I look at different houses, and attentive - he paid close attention to my concerns and helped provide ways to address them. Since I've moved in, issues I've had: - Mice on my balcony…read moreand in my heating vents. - My doorknob, while unlocked, wouldn't open, so maintenance had to destroy the knob, literally tearing it off, to get me into my apartment and then replace it. Only for the replacement to still have issues with sticking, though not as badly. - Towel and toilet paper rods fell out of the wall. - One of my windows that should open, doesn't. - Several of the people I know in the complex have experienced flooding from other units and from pipes bursting. - The appliances that were installed during the renovation are cheap. The stove drawer doesn't stay in its groove. - You will hear your neighbors through the heating vents. - The carpeting isn't even and there are unusual bumps that you'll feel walking barefoot/with socks. - You have to pay extra for the gym (and I'd guess for the pool too). - They mention the flat rate utility fee (that covers trash), but then don't tell you there is ALSO a water and sewer fee, which has been about $20 per month for each. - While you are *in the grace period* for paying rent, you will receive a notice on your door telling you you're being charged a late fee and will be served for eviction if you fail to pay your rent. The only nice thing I've experienced is quick maintenance turn-around, but don't be fooled. The apartments are falling apart and you're the one paying for it twice over. Everyone that I've met who lived here has ended their lease and found somewhere else to live, just as I will be doing. Make sure you give 90 days notice. Most nickel and dimed I've ever been.
