After 2 different professionals measured the window frames they ended up ordering the wrong sized windows. The installer recognized this and and re-measured correctly. A few weeks pass and the installer returns to house and installs damaged windows and screens. So, now we are up to another re-order and install visit. At this point we are done with BA Construction and still waiting on what hopefully is the fourth and final visit. We made the mistake of paying them. Run the other way and don't use this company.

The crew that did the demo and build of the new deck were Nate and Tim, they were the nicest contractors we've ever worked with. Nate offered us excellent suggestions when we were undecided and took the time to draw it out so we could visualize it. The guys cleaned up my entire yard and left nothing behind, I was actually sorry to see them go. I have to give credit to the roofer Dale who went above and beyond for me, especially on a cold and windy day. The building inspectors also commented on the great work LP Homes did. We used Dean to replace back splash in our kitchen and to replace a basement entry door. The…read morepricing was reasonable and we were optimistic that the experience and workman ship would be good. The workmanship was good however both projects required clean-up by us. In addition the communication was lacking. At one point they left us with our kitchen splash half done over a weekend, with electric not working. We had to contract with an electrician to hooked up the GFI switches that they didn't hook up correct. We had guests that weekend and lost use of our kitchen. Inconsistent in showing up when they said they would. The latest, the door install, was not good. The door was installed with a different swing. The original door opened beyond 90 degrees. Because they installed the opposite swing now we cannot move large items from our basement without taking the door off. They didn't reinstall the light or cover once done, over that door, and didn't clean up. Also they didn't reinstall the door sensor for our alarm. They took it away with the old door. It was obviously there and a sound chirps every time you open the door. To top matters off we didn't receive a contract for any of the work. This was all done on a hand shake. When I tried to pay the first time, after not being asked to pay by Danny, I called to pay by CC. Was told they don't accept credit card. There website says they take VISA, MC, Cash, and Check. Ended up paying by PayPal. We still don't have an invoice for the work completed, any warranty information on the labor or door, and no way of knowing what they are. We spent an extra $120 for the electrician to fix their work, will spend another $49.95 plus shipping to get a door sensor, and spent time in both cases cleaning up their mess. This company is focused on bath and kitchen and insurance work. If you are looking for cheap work done okay, use them. If you are looking for a high quality business that communicates well, keeps you informed, shows up on time, and cleans up well, look elsewhere.
