We were in desperate need of furniture as we had moved and our existing furniture had not fit through the front door of the rowhome. My husband and I went to a few lower quality discount stores looking for living room furniture. We were VERY limited on what we could look at as we have a 28 1/2" front door which is 4-6" narrower than a standard door. After finding only a few couches that were going to fit through the door, we did some research on how well that furniture holds up, how long the fabrics hold up etc and decided that we wanted to look at good quality american-made furniture. The next day went to Jarrettsville Furniture. Our salesman, Mike, walked us around the floor and could not have been more knowledgeable about the brands, how they are made, pros/cons of each and what options & pricing they all had. Being able to see the interior of the cushions and examples of how the furniture is made right in front of you is very cool. We needed something ASAP and ended up finding a floor model that my husband and i both really liked. The moment of truth of course, was seeing whether it would fit through our front door. Mike called the head of the delivery department to come take a look and measure who came up, took the cushions off, measured everything and (thankfully) said that the feet could be taken off prior to delivery, but that it would fit! Because it was a floor model they could schedule the delivery for a few days later. The delivery team showed up on time, removed the front door, brought the couch in (and put the feet back on) and took all the plastic with them when they left. We could not be happier and haven't stopped talking about our experience since! Additionally, having just gone to High Point where you would expect a knowledgeable salesman and great customer service, we were disappointed that our salesman knew nothing about any of the brands on his sales floor, which only made us appreciate Mike and Jarrettsville Furniture more!

I had gone to them before for a jersey to be framed, which they did a phenomenal job on, but this past holiday season, I had cause to take several pieces at once. Ed took the time to go over my framing options, from the frame itself, to the matting, to the glass. He worked with me until we found something that was exactly what I was looking for. He was not afraid to give me his opinion, either, which I very much appreciated and agreed with. He was able to push out two of the pieces in time for the holidays, despite my late start (about two weeks out, probably less). He also transformed two art poster prints into new works of art themselves. We had received a poster print of 'Nighthawks' and the 'Tournée le Chat Noir' over the past two holidays from my parents, but neither really fit into a standard size frame. Ed and I found very agreeable frames that perfectly matched, accentuated, and enhanced each one into something higher than it was. I couldn't be more elated by how everything turned out. The man who I forget his name but said he's been cutting foam for 40 years even tho he tried other jobs ups being one of them. He gave me 3 quotes from cheapest to highest quality. I got the higher quality for the live length of the foam. I did have to come back later as it was a more special job but he got it done and carried it to my car. The cushions are back in my couch (which did not have a zipper) and my husband loves it he can get off the couch now!

Ms. Angie Stiars took it upon herself to contact the customer via Facebook Messenger and threaten her because of her negative review of the furniture store. " I would be careful with bad mouthing a good business on social media" Karma will Find You". Also adding she was coming to get the "loner" couch. When asked for a refund.. Angie stated "not going to happen ". Now Angie.. mind you is an owner of this business.
