She filled me in on all of the neighborhoods and helped me find the one that was best for me. She had access to so many houses when they first came on the market, which was great. She is extremely knowledgeable about everything and was able to answer all of our 500 questions a day. We also had a lot of fun working with her and her great personality. We looked forward to hanging out with her driving around Baltimore looking for a house! I continue to recommend Suzie to friends in the area, and know we will be turning back to her when it's time to move.

She's professional, VERY knowledgeable when it comes to understanding the markets, and sets expectations so there are no surprises throughout the process. We started our process on Feb 15 really more by chance than anything. On Feb 16 we ventured into an Open House -- not really serious yet. Once we met Timmie & James, though, we quickly jumped into active mode. They asked good questions. Really asked what was important to us. As important, their responses to us matched our answers, our desires. Over the course of a few weeks, we looked at several houses. We even backed off and decided to wait. They were understanding and let us know it is our pace. Once our house sold (in one day), we jumped back into the game. Timmie and James were both there to help us. As it turned out, our buyers needed to rush settlement to lock in rates. James & Timmie helped immensely as we were able to get all of our parties to agree to the rushed settlement. They both made us feel comfortable about our decision and that we had all of our requirements met. Their advice from house selection to inspection and settlement was great. April 3 -- we settled on both transactions and slept in our Federal Hill home. Moving to Fed Hill -- look for James Baldwin and Timmie Taff.
