When we showed up early and the I Spector said he was pretty much finished with a 5,100 SQ FT home with a pool after 2 hours - I was already apprehensive. Long story short, after we moved into the home we found major issues that had to be addressed that were not identified by the inspector. Built in refrigerator freezer was disfunctional and has to be replaced completely, the pool water line (easily visible) was leaking and had to be replaced, the built in outdoor grill was completely inoperable beyond repair and had to be replaced fully. Well over $15k + in repair / replace costs. Would not recommend.

He immediately implied that I was lying and told me "they do not climb on dryers" before I could even explain to him how we were certain it was his inspector that caused the damage. He wouldn't even hear me out. There were some other unethical things that happened with this inspection that were caught on our camera footage, so I will end with saying, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY IN YOUR HOME IF YOUR ARE NOT THERE. It makes me sick to think he wouldn't even listen to me or fathom that this guy may have damaged our property without even hearing me out. I will be reporting them to TREC.
