First replaced the igniter and said would be an additional 300. After that he realized it was a different issue and seen that the control board needed to be replaced . He told me this part alone was $1500 and I definitely couldn't afford it , and it was a few months ago when it was really cold. He kept trying to pressure me to sign up for a members program and pay 20 a month and I kept trying to tell him no over and over and over . He said he could knock the total price down to 1200 if I signed up. I felt like he was attempting to take advantage of me , kept mentioning how cold it was and how I'll change my mind soon. Turns out the ignitor was on Amazon for $30 , extremely easy to install , and the control board is found online for $150, which was also very easy to do. If he wasn't so steep in the prices I probably would have paid that day but I am glad I stuck it out and only used them for a diagnoses. Anyone going to these guys just keep that in mind .

I was not solid on the pricing and asked about a few things and he was able to dial it to a more comfortable space. Also, my mom had had a heart attack right as we were about to start. He removed me from the schedule and waited patiently till I had things manageable with her to reschedule. Showed up when he said he would once we set a date. Showed me licenses to help with my concerns and did not fuss about it. I can honestly say I trust this guy. He earned that trust. The flooring I picked sucked and he was sad that we did not pick it out together so he picked up a few minor things to make the job pop and stay more solid. He also suggested I get warranties on the flooring. Which is good communication and honesty and knowledge about product and concern for our financial and home stability. When done, he even came back a few times to dial some things in better so that we would love the job. I am definitely adopting him as my handyman! And the very pleasant family is welcome to come help anytime! :) This is a person I would leave my keys with and by mid job we did and got a room at a hotel with the dog which made it a mini-vacation rather than a terror!

Fence and gates. Loved working with Julio and his team. Great price and how his team worked to…read moreinstall a whole perimeter fence with new gates was very well done. They completed the job 3 or so months ago. I had questions within a couple of months about wood slats on the fence buckling and some splitting as well as some of the posts splitting. I texted Julio and he told me that was normal weather wear and tear. I texted Julio again two weeks ago because the side gate they constructed no longer lines up with its other side and the locking hardware cant lock anymore. I would gather one side has fallen out of alingment due to the weight of the wood used? Julio has not responded to me. I am not sure how to proceed. I'm a single working woman with my 95 year old widowed mother living with me. Julio knew this. I am thankful for the work done and appreciate everyone is busy, but my yard is no longer safe for me and my family. To be clear, I had offered to pay Julio and his company to fix any problems I had contacted his company about concerning the fence and gates he installed and built.
