Captain Brad was very low key and accommodating - my children were swimming with the dolphins before we were scheduled to go parasailing and I had to call him to warn him we might be late. He was nice about it and told us we wouldn't miss out, just to get there as soon as we could. Janice took the pictures and was very gracious as well. The reason I didn't give 5 starts is because the photos cost $30 for our triple ride and they said there were some "POV" shots from our vantage point up high (generic ones, obviously not from our exact POV) so we'd be able to include the bird's eye view in our photo album....those POV photos were non-existent :( Having said that, my boys and I had so much fun and it was a trip highlight! I can not explain how amazing my experience here was! This was my first time parasailing and the workers here answered all questions I had without hesitation. We had someone terrified of heights with us and was stubborn and refused to go. The workers kept ensuring that its safe and went even to the extent of showing us a live video from yesterday. Key Largo Parasail is one of the best deals in Key Largo for some watersport fun. I reccomend the upgrades as you can get higher and fly a little longer. Captain Patrick was very safety concious and would not go out with too much wind. This delayed us in this case, but we just went to lunch and were able to ride later. My kids did the triple option where as long as the combined weight was not over 450 lbs, three of them went together. I paid an extra 20 dollars to go along as observer. You can buy the photo collection taken by the first mate, 25 dollars for the SD card. Great value overall. Just remember to plan extra time for reschedules when in the Keys, wind and rain often change your plans, be flexible and happy. read more

Thank you Yelpers for helping me find this place. I parasailed with my mom (who had never been before) in Dec 2016 in Key Largo. The staff is fantastic and explained what to do quite well. I felt like I was in very good USCG certified hands. We did the $39/ pp, 6 min option and it was great for beginners. The others on our boat did the 8 and 10 min. Their location is awesome too...Right between Senor Frijoles and Sundowners so you can grab some food/bevs afterwards while you dry off from the dunk/dip in the water. We purchased the pics for $25 as they were much better than the ones on my phone. Oh yeah folks, dont forget gratuity! It's a lot of manual effort to get 3 sets of people safely up and down in a 30 min window. read more

Amazing staff! This is the first time I did parasailing; and would do again and again if they were as easy as this one! These people go 400ft high. And we did for 6 mins and it was just $39 per person. The pricing is competitive and supposedly they have been doing parasailing since 1991, so you are in safe hands. We had the most awesome, professional, and personal experience. We decided to try para-sailing in key largo, the staff, captains, first mates...whatever the title where absolutely AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Overall poor experience. No reservations allowed although we were lucky enough to walk on with relative ease. This was after giving our information to a young man smoking a cigarette and drinking what looked to be a mixed drink. Definitely a low budget operation here. Captain Brad was nice. "Tips greatly appreciated" in large letters around the boat dampened the mood. Problems with the parachute set up caused a 15 min delay The wind made the ride borderline unsafe for my family and I had more than once suggest a refund and return to dock. They say you get what you pay for but here you pay a lot and get a little. Will not recommend. read more

I decided that I wanted to do something that I would remember for the rest of my life for my 55th birthday - so I conned my husband into going with me - no time to back out (I didn't really want to) because they are so good, they have you strapped in and up in the air before you get a chance to get nervous!! We showed up at 1:30 and were told we would be on a 3pm parasailing trip. At 3:15, we were told they couldn't do it for yet another hour, so we basically our afternoon waiting on this company who obviously can't run a business. So here I sit with a very disappointed son. Very disappointed! After waiting more than an hour as a walk-in, Brad elected to take one, rather than two groups for a final outing. Without any consideration for the additional time we waited over group, Brad made the choice forgoing conscience and remorse. Not only dismissing me and my daughters, but ignoring the kind input from the scheduler. Not the character trait I wish to place my safety.
