I came down to Key Largo to get my open water certification for scuba diving. We first went jet skiing here with the same company and loved it so much that we came back for parasailing the next day! We had to make reservations for the next day and pay in advance with a no refund policy. I think it was around $160-180 for two to parasail, but it was totally worth it! You get on a boat with a group of people at your reserved time. They take you out, give you a short lesson, give you life jackets, and up you go! I am scared to death of heights but this was so smooth and fun that you aren't even realizing that you are 400ft up in the air. Each set of 2 people take turns to ride about 11 minutes in the air. It was worth it, and I felt like a bird! The staff of younger guys were very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend!! read more

Went down to the Key Largo for a day to do some fun activities! Key Largo Parasail can book you the same day depending on their availability. Booking your reservation is very easy with them - either through phone or through their website. You do have to sign a waiver, of course. Our wait wasn't long at all. Once you leave, it takes about 45 minutes to get out there, have the people parasail, and get back. The guys on the boat were very friendly people and made us all laugh. We had a great time! They offer deals for pictures as well. Unfortunately, our party had to head back early due to the rain, but it only lasted for a few minutes then we headed back out there to finish the rest. I did not use this company for their services. I was sitting at Sundowners at a table next to the "registration area" for Key Largo Parasail. The table was a little more than 6ft from me and that was perfectly fine... until 4 parties (crowd of about 20 people) WITHOUT MASKS comes right behind me. The were literally breathing on me and the food on the table. Then I see a lot of people getting on the boat. Only a few had masks. The CAPTAIN DID NOT. And the captain got very close to the people sitting on the boat to talk to them. This made me so uncomfortable I left the restaurant before finishing my food. This was our first time and we were a little apprehensive about the experience but my wife was ready to face her fear of heights. After some research, Key Largo Parasail was one of the few places that appeared reputable so we went for it. We were the first customers of the day so we got to hang out and watch the guys set things up and they cracked some good jokes while they went about their work, which helped put us at ease. Everything was explained clearly. Immediately after our feet left the boat, my wife and I both experienced that "WOW!" moment, and it lasted the entire time. We would HIGHLY recommend Key Largo Parasailing because it is SAFE, FRIENDLY, and REASONABLY PRICED. We will definitely be going back next time we are in Key Largo. read more

My husband and I came to Key Largo on our honeymoon and we wanted to get in a few activities while we were there. We decided to do the parasailing package and although it will cost you some money, it's honestly a once in a lifetime experience that is 100% worth the money. The package was $170 for two people, and we also paid $40 for the picture package. It was really fun to have the pictures and we have had some good laughs looking back at them. We also tipped them $20 because both of the crew were really friendly and just helped us have a memorable experience. We weren't sure what the standard was there but if you're able, I highly recommend tipping anyone for these activities (snorkeling, parasailing, boat tours, etc.) The views we got from up in the air were incredible and it wasn't awesome looking down at our resort and over both sides of the island. Although I had been many years ago in Hawaii, this was my husband's first time and he absolutely loved it and was so glad I insisted we go! Also, views and food at Sundowners (where you take off from) are also excellent. We sat and had some drinks and apps after and it was also a wonderful experience. read more

My husband and I decided to try parasailing for the first time while visiting Key Largo. I was hesitant but figure it can't be that bad and you're not up there too long, so I agreed. Once on the boat the staff was friendly and welcoming. A father and son joined us along with an older woman. The woman was experienced with this but the rest weren't. Crew was knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything but I was still not sure about this. The others were encouraging and went before us. I almost chickened out and I'm so glad I didn't. We sent our two 12 year olds into the wide blue yonder, tied up only by a frail piece of string, with these guys, and they loved it. Great prices, great boat and experience, they can do doubles and triples, and you can sit at the bar and watch - or go in the boat and observe. I highly recommend this place for parasailing! It is $78 for a tandem parasail ride. We upgraded for an additional $20. I'm pretty sure this price still blows the resorts price out of the water. The staff were so friendly and entertaining. They made jokes to calm first time nerves and were very professional and safe. We bought a memory stick with probably 100 pictures of our excursion.
