I emailed this company, as told to, to request a refund for the sandbar portion of the boat trip I paid for, as I never received that service. I booked and paid for a sandbar boat trip and snorkeling excursion. While we did attempt snorkeling, the weather and water conditions were extremely poor--choppy water, stormy weather, and very limited visibility. The conditions were so rough that it made us feel sick, and snorkeling itself was difficult. Some of the people on the boat only went in a few minutes because it was so choppy. We were told both on the phone and in person that we would be going to Alligator Reef, (another woman on the boat said she asked the guy at the counter for the tour if we were going to Alligator Reef and he said yes), but due to the conditions, this was not the experience we were promised. Because of the weather, we were unable to go to the sandbar at all (rain, clouds, choppy water). In hindsight, the trip should not have gone out that day given the conditions, especially since the main destinations could not be accessed safely. WHICH WAS MOST LIKELY WHY WE WERE THE ONLY BOAT OUT ON THE WATER-- DIDN'T SEE ANOTHER BOAT THE ENTIRE TIME. The other thing- people snorkel in Florida because it's warm and clear. This day was raining, choppy, murky and cold! We were offered the option to return the following day by Jerry (Wednesday the 14th) for the sandbar. However, when we came back, the weather was again bad, and your staff advised that you likely would not be going out. This resulted in another wasted trip, and ultimately, we never received the sandbar portion of the experience we paid for. I was then told I could use the sandbar trip on a future visit, but I live in California and do not have plans to return, making that option unrealistic. To be clear, I did not request a refund for the entire excursion (although, I really should)--only for the sandbar portion, since that service was never provided. Even though we purchased the snorkel sand bar trip, they take you out on the boat to snorkel, make you come all the way back in to pick up more people, then go all the way back out again, so half your trip is just chartering people. That wasn't the issue (just putting that in here for others so that they know). It was so cold and choppy and nauseating that there is no way someone should be going to the sandbar! I was hoping we would have been able to resolve this directly and professionally, but the company didn't respond. It was not a fun environment for snorkeling, and clearly the company went out anyways because it's a business and they care more about your money than your experience. It was freezing and nauseating. After speaking to several employees at our hotel, they said that the company should never have taken any of us out that day and that the boating company often promise things and underdeliver and that they don't personally recommend that company to people that come in. I wish I had not booked ahead of time and spoke to someone onsite first. Also we have only one photo on the boat because it was so choppy that people were having trouble standing up to take a photo! I gave 1 star because the two men captaining the boat were fabulous and although they had to take us out by force, they were good at explaining how to snorkel and tried to make the most of it. When asked if we were going to Alligator Reef like promised, they said, "Look out there, it's pouring, it's bad here but it will be way worse out there." read more

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! LOST ALMOST $1000 Booked snorkeling and sandbar for 11. Sent a text 3 hours before departure to ask if weather was a concern. Matt replied quickly saying snorkeling was out due to weather but the sandbar had great weather and the water was calm. (photo posted). He refunded us $330. Not ideal, but we were past the point where we could cancel and decided to take this mans word that the sandbar was worth $816 and that the weather was nice. Weather seemed ok until we got out on the water. The winds for whale harbor at 1pm on 11/22/21 were 19-20 mph (you can look this up). 6 of our group got in the water thinking if they just kept their body in the water they would be ok. 5 refused to get in. 2 were crying. We immediately put the 3 year old in moms hoodie and rocked him to sleep, he was freezing. Holding him provided a personal heater so we were all passing the baby around to keep warm. There were 40 people on this boat and less than half got in. The people who got in stayed at the back of the boat where the wind was being blocked. My brother in law tried to take one of the kayaks out but the wind was just too strong to have any fun. A good captain would ACKNOWLEDGE that the crowd was miserable. Like "shoot guys, I tried. Thought the wind wouldn't be bad but I was wrong. What are you guys thinking, you want to stay, you want to head back." But we got nothing...he cowered in the back of his boat and pretended like nothing was wrong. You look at the photos he advertises and there are tons of other boats and tons of people in the water. On our trip there was ONE other boat and it was a fishing boat, not a soul in the water. At the tail end of the 2.5 hours of hell another snorkel boat showed up (snorkel girl) and less than half of their passengers got in too. I don't know what either of these two captains were thinking. Actually I do. This guy decided $4,000 was too good to pass up and he didn't care that the wind was 19mph - he was not going to cancel. He didn't make eye contact, ignored the problem. Not a single person left a tip. It was hell! $816 to sit on a boat less than half a mile away from the parking lot. This guy could see from his dock the spot he parks his piece of crap boat, could see the flags out there flopping around like crazy! He didn't care! Someone said they were cold and he said, we at least it's not as cold as it was this morning. My husband was the last off the boat and told Matt that he should have canceled the trip, he would not respond or make eye contact. I text him a couple times afterward asking for a full refund and he flat out ignored all communication. (photos shared) We've snorkeled with horizon divers in key largo for john pennekamp, captain pips for sombrero reef, taken the seaplane to the dry tortugas, fished with key largo fishing adventures, eaten at 50 different places. Shopped all over. Stayed at 12 different places. Quite literally have encountered 100 different business owners in the keys over the years and have not had a single bad experience. We LOVE the Keys. Love the easy going laid back island life. We've had 3 different adventures canceled on us due to bad weather (I've left reviews on their cancelation methods saying we appreciated not being charged for a bad experience and appreciated the good call of judgment). This man needs to be put out of business. He is a crook and I plan to work with my credit card company on this because it's crooked. Refusing to make eye contact, refusing to address the situation, and refusing to respond to our inquiries for a refund. Taking people out in bad weather to make money. You clearly lack ethics! I hope you lose your business. Book with a company who won't take you out on a bad day and rob you of almost $1000! read more

Literally the best boat tour you can do! They crew mates were so knowledgeable and take you exactly where the best snorkeling is, and the snorkeling is stunning! My sister in law from Hawaii said the snorkeling in the spot we went was just as good as Hawaii. They took us to the sand bar after and helped us on kayaks/paddle boards and were extremely accommodating. Their floats also have an anchor so you don't float away! What a great way to spend a day in the Keys. We stayed in Marathon overnight, visited the Turtle Hospital at 11am, picked up some fast food and headed to meet the boat, making it easily by 1:30pm. The snorkeling was fun. There were lots of fish on the reef. The highlight for me was the sandbar. The boat has lots of water toys, and we just floated and enjoyed the warm, shallow water. There were people of all ages and families with kids. There was lots of beer for adults and sodas and bottled water included. I highly recommend this trip. read more

WARNING They absolutely ruined my family vacation! I made a day of fun activity purchased for entire family members from this company. I received my confirmation email from them and it clearly told me to come to a restaurant to check in 30 mins before the activity. The first annoying part started from here. We went to the restaurant 45 min. before the activity started. No one was waiting for us nor no one from restaurant didn't know Why we are there.. So we call them 5 times and left them a message about what kind of situation we are experiencing. Yes, no one picked up the phone calls we didn't get a single call back from them. We found different number from somewhere and called. Thank God! someone picked up the call this time but she surprised that we found her number from somewhere... However, she tried to help us anyways.. well.. neither she couldn't contacted with anyone.. We went different location which the lady told us to go. Luckly, it wasn't too far from where we were so we could get there 35 mins before the activities... Wait!!??what?!!? All staffs left for 11:30 jet sky trip??? Really? Why did you take our reservation if you have other reservation? I was so pissed and regret that i have chosen this place because i was debating between Fury Water Sports and this place. I ended up had very pleasant experience with Fury sports in Key West the next day but lost a day of my vacation because of this place messed all our scheduled plans!!! Fury water sports is further than this place but you will find much better price and customer service! Don't even bother this place seriously. When i finally found someone to talk at the site he couldn't do anything other than full refund or few activities that I don't want to pay for or he doesn't even know if we can do it for those activities until mid afternoon with charging us full price which i paid them. I spent $150 more for lunch which I shouldn't spent. The day of fun package actually included lunch so i was expecting to get lunch when we are on the water.. The guy who works there is also rude because when i was explained him about what happened and my situation, he told me "THAT'S LIFE AND I SHOULD DEAL WITH IT" come on... you looked like 5-8 years younger than me please don't tell me what to do. In conclusion, 1) The website/confirmation is not including right information. So don't trust the website. 2) No one will assist you after they took your money or try to help you. My fiancé and I had a wonderful time. Due to hurricane Irma, we had to sail out of Key Largo instead of Islamorada--where the water was more of that beautiful turquoise color. It was our first time visiting the Keys and we had no idea how much the water color changed the further down towards Key West you go. Despite the water near Key Largo being a little more murky and not so much of that greenish blue color, we still enjoyed the experience and the captain and skipper were very friendly. read more

Parasailing was one of the best experiences I have ever had on my trip at Islamorada. I am nervous of heights, but with parasailing there is no reason to be. The team that helped us with our experience was great. The ride to the open water was so fun, almost like a bumpy roller coaster ride - we could not stop laughing. My boyfriend is terrified of heights and water, so did not nearly enjoy the trip as much. But the crew offered to land him in the water instead of on the boat without him knowing, which I thought would have been hysterical but we didn't go through with it. They give you 600 feet of rope (but that doesn't mean you are 600 feet in the air), and you are there for 10 minutes. It seems shorter then 10 minutes, I think because they start feeling you in sooner so that by the time you land it's 10 minutes. In the air, it is pure silence and so calming. For $55 (plus cash tip for the captain after the experience), it is well worth it. read more

Great family fun during our afternoon on the water! Many thanks to the exceptional boat crew at All In Watersports. They fed us, entertained us, and made sure we had the most fun possible on the water. Jet skis, parasailing, snorkeling, kayaking, inflatables, SUPs - they had it all and we did it all. One of the crew members even took my 11 year old granddaughter out on a jet ski to give her a more exciting ride than this grandma would have. She loved it! Over all had a great time, however, we did not get the trip we booked. I booked the trip with the water trampoline and water slide because I had two young children with me (6 and 3). I was given a phone call on my drive from Fort Lauderdale telling me they had upgraded me to a better package. As I appreciate being upgraded, it was still not the package I wanted due to the age of my children. I appreciate the fact that I was given another option to still do the trip, considering they had to change my package (we were the only ones who signed up for that day), but I wish I was told over the phone that was the reason as well as a chance to have a refund. When I called to ask why we were not notified I was not told they were sorry. Instead I received a smart remark that " I will fire her the morning, okay?" Wonderful crew!!! Captain, bartender and DJ were MORE than accommodating and fun! I broke my dress on board and the first mate came to my rescue with a zip tie!
