I gave her the address of my father-in-law and to her credit, the system was populating an alternative city name with the right zip. She was smart enough to get some support from another peer and then explained this was her second week on the job. I am unhappy with this experience and have voluntarily shared with other locals to hit up Polaris or New Albany. The next day I had another package and visited one of these other stores. Also, I bought some paper and had them cut the ream in half. The employees are always helpful. For example, when their hand sanitizer was $2.00 a case, I bought six cases and they took it to my car. It was the same when I bought cases of water. Finally, they are open at 9:00 am on Saturday. I thought all stores were the same, so at first I went to the one on Morse Road only to find out they didn't open until 10:00 am. So I was thankful to come to this store.
