When he passed away…read morehe left money to his grandson that I have overseen for the last six years and was paying him his monthly amount of money.I was told by the bank from the very beginning that I would not be charged any money monthly because my father had such a good standing with this bank. But when the account became very low I noticed that there was a charge for $15 for that month, I called the bank and they said once the account became $5000 or less they would be charging a service charge of $15.00 . I was never told this so for the last few years they've been making a lot of money on my fathers money and they made me pay those charges until it was closed! If I had I known this I would have put the money in my bank key bank, They do not charge any monthly charges at all no matter what I have in the account!

This location has a severe ATM issue. Even when they aren't down for maintenance, I can't ever get…read morethem to work properly. I'm either told my card is expired (it isn't), I'm inserting the card backwards (I'm not), or that it's not a recognized card (bank issued M&T debit card not recognized by M&T). This happens repeatedly at the indoor and drive-thru ATM at this location. Every other M&T branch, no issues. South Park Avenue works perfectly fine, and that's a mile away. My card works perfectly fine at gas station ATMs, etc. It's extremely annoying to not be able to take your own money out of your own bank's ATM machine. Even more annoying that it's one location in particular. Fix this, M&T.
