She even went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, inviting both my dogs in to say hello! I have been walking by almost daily since moving back to the city. Anything that Monica felt was beyond her scope, she made sure to listen carefully; strategically approaching the challenges I presented with a "let's find out together!" approach, rather than acting "too busy" or worse, turning the questions back on me and making me feel insecure. I love that it is a physical location, a quick walk away from where I currently live for problem solving with a real human.
