He was patient in explaining the different steps and processes and didn't try to up-sell me in things I didn't need. He told me about the pros and cons of different items and helped me pick something that fit what I needed. The prices were reasonable and their return/exchange policies were very clear. They even told me to come back if I had any questions or problems. I'm heading home to work on my window now and so happy to be able to support a local business and get some much needed advice.
