The box was closed with two strips of tape and they refused to open it up for me because they said it was their policy that if the box was open, I would have to buy it and could not return it. Neither of them could find the measurements on the box or anywhere else. I asked whether since they worked in a hardware store, they might be able to figure out how to put two more strips of tape back on the box if I ended up not purchasing the item. They clearly did not care at all. Terrible customer service completely unhelpful will never shop here again.

Some of the designs resemble those of more expensive designers, similar but not the same. The employees can be very helpful, I've learned a lot about the different styles of lighting as well as colors while shopping here. They also have sale "specials" in the window. Recently they were selling a fog and light machine for 19.99$ In different colors, marked way down. I asked if they could customize one lamp so that it could be plugged into an outlet & they said "no problem" but for an additional 45$, which I thought was a bit more than I wanted to spend. Still, they can do it for you, so it's nice to have options.

I even had them redesign part of a dress for me and the result was beautiful. I'm so happy to have a place like this in the neighborhood.
