I had no idea what I was doing but knew I wanted quality tile. This place was the only store with mostly Italian Spanish and other European sourced tile. I got their clearance tile which were dazzling Italian floor tile for like 3 bux a sq foot. Their glass subway tile was the best price anywhere I looked. They are down to business, not overly nice but very polite. Never gave me a hard time to return some unused aluminum rods. Best of all I got an amazing deal on my beautiful Italian tile. Once it heated up to the desired temperature it shut off. The store does not offer refunds and only one exchange. And after an exchange they keep your receipt. Not very customer friendly.
