Very reasonable price and very fast! They also accept credit cards with no extra fee. Smog check is the first two garage doors when you drive in, don't drive past it because it's another store lol. My go to spot when I get that dreaded smog check headline on my car registration. My dad had come here for years and I started coming when I got my first car in 04. They are a Star Smog Check location. I came after work recently and it took less then 10 minutes to do it. The smog check is automatically sent to the DMV so you do not have to mail anything in. They charge $50 plus $8.75 for the certificate but they apply a $18.75 discount so in the end its $40. Would have gave them a 5 but the price is pretty steep now. I called around and the prices are pretty much the same everywhere else so I came back. I remember it used to be $25 without all that discount crap. Boy have times changed. read more

Excellent smog check station! Kevin goes above and beyond to make his customers feel welcomed and appreciated. I called to inquire about prices and business hours. They close at 5 so I mentioned I may not make it but he gladly offered to wait a few minutes to insure I got my smog check today. When I arrived he knew exactly who I was without me having to tell him. He offered me something to drink and guided me to the waiting area. The smog check session was fairly quick. I was in and out within 20 minutes even though there were 3 other customers having services performed on their vehicles as well. The fee was so inexpensive. He charged me $40 and gave me a printout of a minor issue he detected on my car. Which was great because other placed would have charged more than twice the amount just for that. Called ahead and they were able to take me right away! $40 for 2008 car, they took care of all the paperwork and gave me a receipt I could keep in my car in case I was pulled over prior to my sticker coming in. Went here a few days ago. Got my smog check done for $40 total. They were busy but got to my car rather quickly. Not sure if it's because of the coronavirus but they didn't run my car on the machine as most places do for emissions. I don't mind either way. I only chose this place because the place I wanted to go was closed (only charges $35) because of the coronavirus and would open in mid May, which is too long of a wait to get my registration sticker. Another place quoted me a promo price of $35 if I went there immediately, I did not get their message in time (their regular price was $55). It was that time of the year (or two) again and realized that I needed to get a smog check. This year, the DMV required that I get my smog check from 'Star Certified' testing center. Not knowing where to go, I checked yelp for local businesses around the area. Kevin Smog Check stood out because of its 'Star Certified' certificate. When I pulled up, I saw that they displayed two big banners declaring that they're a Star Testing Center. I was greeted kindly by an older gentleman, presumably, Kevin the owner. I told him that I needed a smog check. He asked me to pull up to the garage and to have a seat at the waiting room while he ran tests on my car. To pass time, he informed me that they offered free wifi to its customers. The wifi information can be found posted on the wall. Fast forward, and my car was ready. I paid and was informed that all the info will be sent directly to the DMV electronically, and that I didn't have to do anything. Awesome! read more
