Well Eddie had excellent customer service skills and communication with him was stellar! I needed to fix the floor in our bathroom because the people who sold it to us had hid rot that existed in the bathroom floor and was covered up. I was going to replace the sub-flooring and retile the bathroom myself till I found that little gem. I felt it could possibly be hiding more than I felt capable of handling. So I had reached out to Eddie and he gave us a real decent quote that worked with our budget.
