They called me this morning to schedule an appt and I asked if my xrays were in and she said yours weren't sent out. I said yes they were ( i watched the elderly nurse put them in a yellow envelope and seal them to be mailed) So...no results...14 days later...I've been worried to death... what a crock of bull this place is. I guess I should have refused the xrays and went to my Ortho. This is the pits...and I'm out 270$!!!! WOW! This is thievery! And his adjustments to my pelvis were very painful and did not help. They scheduled 2 people for the same time when they had one chiropractor, I was here 15 minutes before the other person scheduled even walked through the door and they called that person back first. When I asked the receptionist about it, she was incredibly rude and made excuses instead of rectifying the issue. The first time I came here for a massage, the massage therapist didn't even show up. I waited almost an hour for a different massage therapist to scramble and come in. It's always a waiting game, each time I come to this office. Also, don't even bother filling out their patient form online, you have to fill it out again when you get there.

I don't want to drive all over town getting care. I have not seen the man Bob N from Byron described. I KNOW Dr Kinnebrew isn't a yes man for the insurance companies but I also know he is smart enough to recognize a sandbagger wanting to be out of work longer than needed. I would rather have a brilliant, orthoepedic surgeon, very knowledgeable, a loving husband and father, who doesn't mince words in getting to the diagnosis and treatment, than a song and dance man, hemming and hawing about what might be the best thing to do. Dr. Kinnebrew is a fine surgeon, and excellent diagnostician. He might run late because of emergencies at the hospital or another patient needing him longer. He spends as much time with each patient as he needs to. He does see many patients, because he is the best in the area. Bring a book and be patient. You won't be disappointed. He has been our doctor for several years now, and I can honestly say that he is one of the best we have ever had. He goes out of his way to allow two way communication between us, and always is willing to provide that "extra" service. Dr Harrison takes most if not all medical insurances, see his patients reasonably on time and takes plenty of time with you. With the assistance of a excellent physicians assistant, one can usually get a appointment very quickly. The office is located centrally, across the street from Bleckley Memorial Hospital and always has lots of parking space. Office is pleasant and spacious. Dr. Harrison is part of the Taylor Group, and his staff is provided by that organization. As has been the case with other doctors in this group the staff can require a little extra follow up to insure you get what you want. While I would rate Dr Harrison as "five star", I would rate his office staff as a four. Overall: My experience with Dr Harrison has been great and I would recommend him to anyone.

When I do manage to reach someone, the staff is rude and unhelpful. The nurses do not return calls. They has prescribed a medication that I am allergic to on multiple occasions, and it is nearly impossible to reach his nurse. Even when I explain that the medication prescribed could be life-threatening for me, no one follows up. They are also very poor at completing insurance forms correctly, and when mistakes are made, there is no support to resolve the issue. If you have any other option, I strongly recommend choosing a different facility.
