I've been seeing Dr. Neal since 2011, and he genuinely cares about all of his patients. Dr. Neal is a self proclaimed gym rat and is capable of performing adjustments on larger guys like my husband, who is built like a football player (6'3" and big). Scott was very impressed after his last chiropractor could barely manage to pop his back once or twice. He has a more gentle approach for adjusting me though. Dr. Neal is a workaholic, totally devoted to his patients. He "takes" a 2 hour lunch but won't turn away a patient walking in the door at 11:55, even if he has 5 patients already waiting. I'm willing to bet some days he misses lunch all together. It just depends on how busy he is that day. He's always there to help even if it means sacrificing a lunch break. I recommend 8:00 or early mornings. Mondays can sometimes be busy, but it's just hit or miss. I've never waited more than 30-45 minutes anytime I've visited, and he has plenty of magazines to read while you wait. As mentioned earlier, you don't have to make an appointment. If it's just too busy I return a later time or come back a different day. As for massages: it depends on the therapist. Find one you like and stick with her/him. You DO need an appointment for these, and don't be surprised if you get a call from Dr. Neal to remind you about your appointment. Adjustments are included in the massage price, so it's a really good deal.

After going to 3 appointments, X rays + 2 adjustments, the office manager sits me down and goes over a plan of care the doctor put together for me. $2500. They actually do not take my insurance. Felt very deceiving, why wouldn't you say on the phone you don't take my insurance to begin with? The doctor was nice, no complaints about the actual care I received. So, no I would not recommend this place until you call your insurance company and make sure they're in network or are prepared to pay out of pocket.
