I began seeing Dr. Nealon at Morrison Chiropractic in June 2026 for chronic knee pain. Though I had…read morebeen seeing a variety of other physicians for the same issue, I believed that the change in my gait triggered by the knee pain, as well as the less active lifestyle that I was forced to adopt, was causing other structural issues that might be better managed by chiropractic care. After a very thorough initial examination by Dr. Nealon, he was able to determine that some of the pain that I was experiencing in my lower limb (from glute to ankle) was actually nerve related, and not just due to meniscus tears in the knee joint. As such, he was able to show me PT exercises that immediately helped relieve much of the pain, including flossing of the sciatic nerve. Unlike many other chiropractors who immediately want to adjust the spine as the first course of action, Dr. Nealon really listened to me and used empirical evidence to arrive at a care plan that really worked. Ultimately, it has been determined by an orthopedist that I will need to have knee replacement surgery, but in the interim, I am truly indebted to Dr. Nealon for his kind and thoughtful approach to managing my pain.

I frequently felt the calming, grounding, or energizing effects of his work immediately. Although external looks weren't my primary concern, I was frequently amazed, when I happened to catch a glance of myself in the mirror, by how radiant and colorful my face appeared after an acupuncture session--it seemed that inner health was shining outward, too. I feel that Eric's acupuncture greatly helped to support my health and energy while I was working very hard toward some ambitious career goals. Because I was able to successfully achieve those goals, I'm no longer in the area. After moving away, I discovered that not all acupuncturists are created equal: in my new, cosmopolitan city, I'm still trying to find an acupuncturist who's as good as Eric.
