Called this morning and immediately the receptionist Olivia said, " We don't do those. The website is just a template. We are going to change the website now.". Spoke to Office Mgr Shalice who said, Actually, we are a corporate company, we have lots of locations but just don't list them. We will get you to another doctor if you need jaw surgery. We will change the website. " Website states: Provider Dr. Travis Sorenson. Services Jaw Surgery. Two locations. Office staff states he never did and never will perform jaw surgeries. Website is misleading. They must change it. How freaking weird and scary.

I highly recommend Dr. Dedecker for getting wisdom teeth removed! There's six kids in my family and…read morethe four that went to him had a SIGNIFICANTLY better recovery than the two that went elsewhere! We've never had any issues with swelling, dry sockets, etc. They have a new procedure where they spin some blood from your IV to separate out the platelets... Then they put those platelets into the sockets where they remove your teeth, and it speeds up recovery and reduces pain! My brother had this treatment done and I was amazed to see him acting totally normal and energetic just hours after getting them removed! This treatment is optional and costs extra, but I definitely recommend it. Dr. Dedecker and his staff are also very nice. They know what they're doing and you'll be well taken care of here!

He did it in 10 minutes, and I was charged a whopping co-pay in the hundreds of dollars. It was a bloody rip-off. I have to cancell all scheduled fillings and cleanings set this month and in May. My wife too was not satisfied with the prophylactic done on her. She too is set to cancel future appointments.

Where do I start. This company is notorius for messing up billing. This will be twice now. I wont…read morego through the first mess up. I will stick to the most recent, and more substantial mess up. My wife was there in March of 2023, for some dental work. She paid her out of pocket costs, up front, and the remaining should have been placed on our Dental Insurance. Come to find out 2 years later, that my wife was maxed out, at that time, on her Dental Insurance. Instead of doing the right thing, which would have been calling us, or sending something in the mail, to let us know, that we had an outstanding balance, Monarch Dental just decided to throw the bill in collections. We received a collection notice, in June of 2025, we then called Monarch Dental, and talked to Fran, who is in charge of billing. She decided to put the blame on a corporate mess up. We then called corporate, and the man apologized, and he said it was out of their hands, because it has already been sent to collections. He also said it was not corporates fault. We just ended up calling the collection agency, to pay the bill and the collection agency did remove it from my wifes report. If you ever get sent to collections from this company, which it looks like has happened multiple times to other people, just make sure you you take a screenshot of the payment you make, and get the Representatives name, from the Collection agency, so you have proof, to remove it from your credit report. Sorry if this review kind of rambles on, but I just wanted to give exact detailed information, if this happens to anyone else.

Davis Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery - Wisdom Teeth Utah - Dr. Paul Benson's office

All 3 of my kids have had their wisdom teeth removed at this office by Dr. Benson. This last one…read morehas been the worst. The other 2 went off without a hitch. Dr Benson was nice. The staff was nice for the consultation and the procedure. The older receptionist lacked some business decorum and was slightly rude to a caller I overheard while in the waiting area, during my childs procedure. As I was amazed that within 20 min they came and told me they were done, I expressed this and she said that of course it doesnt take long, he does this all day. Not in a nice attitude. The other times I did this with her big brothers they had me park over by a side entrance and brought me back to my child in the recovery area, so that is what i was expecting, but they had changed their protocol, which is no big deal, but they kept saying this has always been their proptocol. I felt like i was talking to an alzheimers patient. The tech that brought my daughter out gave me the instruction to give the patient ibuprofen right away before the numbing wears off, but those weren't in the pre op instructions, or I would have come prepared to do that. They have to wait until after the surgery is complete to send the RX over to the pharmacy, since it has narcotics in it. I get that, but they also tell you to give the narcotic within 1 hour after the ibuprofen to be ontop of the pain, but that was impossible, because the rx has to go through the DEA, as both the Pharmacy tech explained and later the older receptionist explained when I called back wondering if the rx had actually been submitted. Walgreens couldn't find it in their system. It took well over an hour and my daughters pain even with my OTC ibuprofen is already at an 8 within 20 min of getting home. My daughter is going through a lot of unnecessary pain. It would seem to be more logical for the doctor to administer the first dose of some kind of anti inflammatory while they are in his office, so that while we go through the process to get the pain meds, our kids dont have to be in level 8 pain, waiting for the inevitable DEA process, which the surgery office is fully aware of, but didnt warn me about. They say to call if you need anything. I called the office when Walgreens couldnt find the prescription and the older receptionist confirmed with me that it had been sent electronically and when i said Walgreens didnt have it yet she condescendingly said that the controlled rx has to go through the DEA, so it takes a while. I reminded her of the dosage timeline that the tech at their office told me that we were supposed to give ibuprofen right away and to give the narcotic within an hour later and that timeline was impossible. She said she didnt know what to tell me and to just give her some OTC ibuprofen that she was sure i had around the house. Rude. I now know what should have happened, but I dont feel like its my responsibility to know what they know before I need to know it. They should have told me pre-op. Very very disappointed

It took time & patience on behalf of everyone. I had zero problems & very moderate discomfort that only lasted a few hours! My 2nd implant went so smoothly (losing 40lbs made a huge difference in my BP, BTW.) Again little discomfort & excellent care! When I felt there was an issue with the implant, they saw me right away! They care! I've even called about a possible issue with TMJ & where do I turn. Over the phone, I was given some reasonable advice, yet I was told they'd be happy to make an appointment to see me. At the end of the call she said "feel free to call again." I could go on they are that great!
