Please see the UPDATE at the bottom…read more Original Review Did a root canal for me. I was the first appointment of the day. Started right on time. Great procedure. Efficient. In and out in under an hour. At the end, he says to me, "OK, now go back to your dentist to complete the procedure. I put in a plug that will last for about 10 days." I have a crown on the tooth. He put a "plug" in the hole he made in the crown and now I have to go back to my dentist. I paid him $1,000 for the root canal and now I have to go back to my dentist to spend another $250 to remove the plug and put in crown material? He couldn't spend another 10 minutes, while I'm already deadened, and complete the job? At least offer to do so? I felt like after having work done on an engine, the mechanic saying, "OK, now go to the Jiffy Lube and get the oil." UPDATE I went to my dentist to get the crown completed. He charged me $200 to remove the plug and replace it with crown material. It took him 10 minutes to remove the plug. 10 minutes to refill with crown material. He said, that in the past, the plug allowed for the root canal material to "cure" (what?) but that really, it could be done all at one time now. So, David Johnson is just following industry practice. It's my first root canal, so didn't know. He did a fine job. A better job would have been if he had asked, "I can fill your crown with a plug and you can go back to your dentist, pay another $200, and have him complete the crown. Or, I can just take an extra 5 minutes and finish the job at no extra charge." I wonder how I would have answered that question?

Hi! I've been going here for a year and yesterday I went…read moretwice in one day to get a cavity filled. THIS DENTIST DOES NOT WARN YOU WHEN HE'S GOING TO GIVE YOU A SHOT/ ANYTHING. He was watching the Olympics on the TV on the celling more a lot of the time I was in the chair. He was talking about how his old hygienist would fight with him all the time. He was fighting with the one who was helping him. He was talking about women to the lady assisting him. About what he thought a ideal women was... He talked about how a lady in the ice skating portion of the Olympics breast popped out¿¿ just really cringey for me. The first time I went they lady asked me what I wanted to watch second didn't. I asked him if he was giving me another shot and and said, "You wouldn't be able to feel it if I did." Ugh I know I'm not returning. He did good dental work that's it. I know that's his job just to do teeth but I was uncomfortable.

I went there as a NEW patient I was excited for my dentist appt, I was shocked to be IGNORED and treated horribly from the receptionist to the dental assistant and by the doctor Dr. Burrough. Like Amy M. said in the reviews, he is chatting with others and not focused or listening to his patient. He does not ask if the patient is doing okay, I was treated like a sheep, when I asked a question they gave a short one word answer and walked away. i was treated POORLY, Dr Burrough is not a professional doctor, he does not respect patients time or treatment, he just cares about making his money and treating people like SHIT............i was so dissapointed to see he mest up my teeth he did two fillings, and because hes chatting with others and not gentle he mest up my teeth........both my teeth hurt and he did a HORRIBLE job.............PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE......find a nicer dentist.......

Dr Hansen was fantastic, the office billing however was beyond a nightmare, I paid my part upfront…read morebecause the won't treat until you do. A few months later I got a bill so I called to see what it was for the girl I spoke with said it seemed wrong so don't pay and she will look into it. She told me if I do not hear back from her then it was corrected. I heard nothing. I received nothing. No texts no letters nothing for three months so I assumed it was fixed , next thing I know I am getting a call from collections for my bill. I was furious so I called the office to ask. The girl I talked to insisted that I did receive text messages because HER COMPUTER said I received them. I searched my phone thinking I missed something and I received nothing. No mail nothing but I was the wrong one, then she continued on to tell me the amount owed was what I'd already paid for before the procedure. I get that ins doesn't always cover the full expected amount but the way I was treated and acted like I was lying because their computer said I was is just a joke!!!! I will never go there again. Funny thing is the Dr I had do the work isn't working there anymore either. May be a sign.

Be careful to verify they are covered by your insurance before going. My dentist office called and…read moreasked if they accepted my insurance, I asked the day of when I offered my insurance card if they accepted my insurance and both times they told us yes. It wasn't until after my appointment that I found out that they "will bill my insurance" but they aren't a provider on my insurance. So I was still billed more than double what it would have been if I'd gone to a provider who was preferred on my insurance. When I called them on it they specifically said: " we didn't lie to you, most of our patients like us so much they are willing to pay the extra." I then called back to see if they would be willing to take any off, because of the dishonesty, they let me know that they weren't dishonest, since I asked if "they accepted" my insurance they were honest and hadn't lied. I explained that a lie of omission is still a lie, even if they don't think so. I reached out to Christensen Endodontics, they were up-front, honest and clear about their billing and insurance coverage. I would recommend everyone go to them instead.
