Driving across country makes healthy eating a bit of a challenge so when my fiancee and I came across this juice bar in Albuquerque we we're thrilled to put something in our body that end in King or Donalds. We got a smoothie and an acai bowl both of which were a nice step up from what we had been eating, but definitely not superfood. The fruit was fresh and the acai cold, but between being drenched in honey and sugar-filled granola it was hardly healthy. The service was quite nice and the price was pretty low compared to juice bars in other cities so I suppose if you're passing through Keva isn't a terrible option. read more

It's unfortunate to see that others haven't had the best experience here but the service when I went was phenomenal. It was a guy and girl working and the girl talking my order was very nice and so was the guy who handed me my drink. The smoothies are delicious with the medium being the perfect size. I came in around 740ish pm & definitely need to work on customer service. I've ordered multiple times before & I've always gotten protein on my smoothie. For the first time I got charge for it even though the website clearly states free supplement. I told the cashier girl & she said she had to charge me whatever was running late for work so I paid for it. Then they said the smoothie I ordered they didn't have the base for it. So I asked if I could change to a different drink then & both girls said no. That I had to get that drink & nothing different. My smoothie was the worst without the base in it. read more

Have tried this place multiple times and each time think, it has to have improved. It never does. From VERY watery not so smoothies with WAY too much of some ingredients to far too little of others, half filled 32oz cups, to locking the doors early (before closing time) and staring at you through the windows, this place needs a major improvement. I'm standing waiting to order right now. I've been standing here at the counter for like 5 min as I watch all five workers behind the counter ignore me. Before I while waiting outside, I've watched more than 6 people before me walk in and order with no mask? When the door has MULTIPLE signs that say MASKS required? There are MORE than FIVE workers here including two managers and it's an absolute mess. & before I had been waiting outside for over 20 min JUST to get inside to order. They are only taking in three people at a time, but if you have this many workers and are making 3 smoothies at a time why is it's taking almost THIRTY min to get smoothies? When I walked in I asked one of the workers why they are allowing people to walk in with no masks when it's required and she just shrugged her shoulders and said "nothing we can do?" Um? Actually I'm sure you can, it's the law and required. How about telling someone sorry you need a mask to enter? It happens as Costco? Restaurants? I Get it together Keva. Bad service. I ordered my 24oz smoothie and asked to have it split in two cups. The employee making the smoothie made enough for their biggest cup (the size I paid for) but not big enough for the two smallest size cups they had. He said out loud in front of me as I was waiting at the counter, "this probably won't fit in the small cups so I just won't give you all of it." Before I could say otherwise, he threw it away. Don't get me wrong...I love me a smoothie! And I do like Keva Juice a lot. But I do not like their prices. Holy cow...$4.80 for a tiny smoothie! Almost $6 for a 24oz. I have been making my smoothies at home, so this was more of a "I didn't make lunch for work - need to eat something" convenience stop. They only have a handful of smoothies that do not contain sherbert. So, if you look at the calorie checker for a 12oz smoothie, some of these delicious concoctions are not exactly "healthy". But it IS better than going to McDonalds, even if you are spending the same amount of money on a cup-o-meal. I'll stick with making mine at home. :D read more

I went to Keva Juice for the first time yesterday. I'm only writing now because I wanted to gather my words wisely The experience I received at your store was not to the standard I expected. I have been in customer service for well over 10 years, and the experienced at this location has left me with a bad taste for Keva Juice. I feel that this should be brought to the company's attention, considering your associates are the face of the company.  I chose to go to Keva juice over another smoothie establishments because it was recommend from my friends that enjoy Keva Juice. my family and I were the only customers in the store when we walked inside but weren't greeted with a friendly hello or any kind of acknowledgment. I still proceeded to order, I chose the Holy kale. I took the first sip it tasted awful, It had no flavor and very water down. so i asked the young lady if she could redo or replace with another. she told me to wait, after waiting a couple minutes i got in line then another young lady I spoke with at the register I asked her if it was possible to replace drink with another or redo order she then told me no, she would have to charge me for a 2nd drink. After paying for an awfully made drink, I then told her about my experience. she was not empathic and began to argue with me about the charge. I explained I didn't want a refund I just wanted the order redone. then she said there's nothing she could do. By this time there was other customers in the establishment, and in line behind me. so not only did I receive service I was not satisfied with but it was also on display for other customers in the store I only asked for the order to be redone or something different because of the quality of the drink I was dissatisfied by the customer service experience I received, especially from a well-known establishment that had other positive reviews I don't normally leave comments about my experience but customer service is so vital and there was no customer resolution. I only wanted a quality product and service that I assumed I deserved. I feel the associate could have been more empathic and accommodating to customers. I just went in and had the worst experience ever. First off, there were a couple people in there but it wasn't busy when I walked in, granted it got busy after I ordered. So I ordered a 24 oz. Hawaiian Holiday like I always do and the female manager, with the short blonde hair, ignored me for a good three or four minutes until finally acknowledging me standing there and asking if I had ordered, as I'm standing IN FRONT of the register. She puts in my order and then just walks away. No turning the screen for me or telling me, hey you have to do the rest, just leaves. Then I stay in there for another 15 MINUTES waiting for a drink watching them inform everyone they have no 24 oz. cups and they are taking those and putting them in two 12 oz. cups. (Which they didn't tell me when I ordered). Then I watch as everyone before and AFTER me gets their drinks and leaves, mind you they haven't spoken to me once still( even though they had been having long conversations with other customers that came in and each other) and the place is not that big they can clearly see me there and that I've been waiting for awhile. Finally, I go over to the counter to see two cups that looks like orange inside that have been sitting there for god knows how long. When I asked the girl what they were she had no clue even though I watched HER make them. And she just guessed what they were and gave them to me? Luckily it was what I wanted but it was ridiculous. Slowest service I've ever had at a Keva Juice, not to mention awful customer service...next time I'll just get Starbucks.

I have celiacs disease and yesterday I ate something that must have been prepared with food that had gluten in it and I was so sick. It's basically like being poisoned. I was bedridden and couldn't eat anything! Finally after not eating for almost 12 hours I decided I wanted a Keva Green from keva juice it was the only thing I could think of that I could stomach. The keva green is my go to drink I get it regularly! My boyfriend drove to keva and got me one when he got back he told me the girl working there must of been having a bad day because she was extremely RUDE. I took the first drink and almost puked it was AWFUL I even asked my boyfriend if he asked for wheat grass in it because it literally tasted like a cup full of wheat grass it was also so thick I could barely drink out of a straw I couldn't drink it and ended up throwing it out. I'm so disappointed because all I wanted was that drink after being so ridiculously sick all day and I didn't even get it. The smoothies here are like smoothies everywhere. You know, really tasty and healthy, but overpriced. But that's not the reason I go here. I go for the froyo. The offer chocolate and vanilla at all times, which are decent safe options, but they also offer two unique flavors that they change every day. These aren't always the best, but they're always at least good. Sometimes, though, they have a flavor like Dulce de Leche, that is just unbelievable. Fortunately, they're willing to give free samples so you can try a bite before committing to an entire cup's worth. They have about 20 toppings, too, that you can add to the froyo, things like nuts, candy, cookies, and a nice selection of fruit. These don't cost any extra and, like the yogurt, it's all self-serve since they charge by the weight. The prices on the froyo is very good, and they often have special prices which make it a ridiculously good deal. Great place to go for a little treat or a cheap desert. read more
