My husband asked for the gentleman's name when he picked up our food, which he wouldn't of but he made a smart remark when he went and picked the food up: the gentleman all condescending goes "I'm the manager" proceeds to laugh like he is untouchable..Then made a comment you could have just got a refund, when my husband wasn't even going to say anything even after being mad about the order. What type of customer service is that and why would you not try to remedy it? My guess is that they gave one of our burgers away and had to now lie to us.
