When I do smoke I like their moon rocks and their bud selection is great too. Plus they know what they are talking about. My favorite thing is that they always seem happy and bright eyed. Not all slow and sloppy like some run of the mill paces. This place is dope. Pun intended.

Huge selection, great deals, helpful staff. Shoutout to Paul for helping me and offering top notch…read moreservice. First time here and wow they have a huge selection. I'm not familiar with the half of the store dedicated to smoking, but more familiar with the edibles side and the infused drinks. Lots of options and very spacious. You grab a basket and load up whatever you want, unlike other places where you may need an associate to mark down your selection. For payment, I recommend debit over credit. Security requires links and a credit card fee, and even my Apple Pay debit was declined but the physical card worked. So my recommendation is a physical debit card for this transaction. To be clear, I am very glad they have significant security and it seems the physical debit is the best balance of both. Good for this shop and their payment partners keeping our info secure!

Had a crummy experience here. I've been in a handful of times and came in to buy a St. Ides mixer,…read moresomething I've purchased here several times before. Both varieties on the shelf were marked $8.99. I brought one to the counter with a $20 bill in hand, and it rang up to just over $21. When I questioned it, the employee told me the tax was almost 50% of the cost. That explanation didn't make much sense, so I walked him over and showed him the $8.99 price tags. His response was a shrug and, "I'll let them know." That was it. No attempt to honor the posted price, no effort to resolve the issue, and no concern that the shelf pricing appeared to be wrong. So I left. Mistakes happen. What bothered me was how little interest there seemed to be in fixing the problem. I won't be back. If you shop here, pay close attention to the prices you're charged.

I wanted to try the limited edition Bright Eyes preroll collaboration that could only bought here…read moreso I ventured out to their location off Topanga Blvd. The location is large, but very unassuming from the outside. They have a decent sized private lot so you won't have any issues finding parking. Once inside the lobby, someone will quickly greet you and scan your drivers license before handing you off to an employee to give you one on one service. While I admit I have limited dispensary experience, I've never had my own private shopper and it really made me feel special. I just felt kinda bad that I knew exactly what I wanted so my stay wasn't too long. I wish I had more time as I would have loved to ask questions, get suggestions, and just explore their large inventory. It really did look like they have something for everyone. Like I said I don't come to dispensaries often. But based off of the wonderful (though short) experience here, I really do feel like next time I need something, Atrium will be the first place I visit.

I'm not gonna lie. Severe hand pain can take a lot of the fun out of child-proof packaging. So when…read moreI had to take a machete to the sample pak, suffice to say I didn't start this test in the hippiest of moods. On top of that, I forgot the first step, namely, to take a big whiff of a freshly opened container and guess the terpenes. For that, I transferred the tight little buds to a sealed glass jar for later and packed a clean fresh bowl for now. On the label: XOTX Ginseng OG by Clone Goddess. Packaged in July of 2021 with a 32.73% THC count. CBD negligible at .06% but they put it on the label anyway. (Someday we'll know more about the medicinal value of all cannabinoids and terpenes. Bottom line: full spectrum works best.) On to the test: One puff and I switch from spa music to Dead and Co. Two puffs and I'm dancing around the kitchen. I don't know what else you need to know. The mood elevation is self-evident and I've forgotten whatever pain caused me to grab my glass bubbler in the first place. I'd give this little OG an A for Effect. And that, sports fans, is what I'm in it for. Peace, love and revolution. PS a couple more puffs and I decide to try out my new Echo earbuds. Such sudden techno-bravery is rewarded with Dylan and the Dead pouring "I'll Be Your Baby Tonight" into my ever-so-appreciative ears. Couldn't ask for more from a little green bud. Many thanks to Pure Life Alternative Wellness Center in the San Fernando Valley for the opportunity to sample this activating and motivating flower. They have Clone Goddess XOTX on the menu, but not Ginseng OG. So if you want to try it, I'd call ahead to make sure it's on the shelf. Tell 'em I sent ya. Cheers!
