I'll just say they are located on Main St in Hackensack across from Target :) So back to Jag. very friendly staff, they are a fun bunch people to be around but at the same time they get down to business. The staff at the front desk...very competent and super nice (Joy and Kim) As for the therapists let's see...there's my main person PT Annie, there's PT Jeff, PT Liz...they are all great! Then there's the support therapists (I guess this is the appropriate term) so there Ooch (nickname), Hussein, Marcos, Gianni...they are all a great group of folks. I come in the evenings now since I'm back at work there are a couple of other student therapists in the a.m. hours and they were very nice as well. I have a love/hate relationship with physical therapy. Physical therapy can hurt especially post-op. The hut is in a good way though since the next day you feel fantastic! I know i still walk very slow, with a cane and limp but each day I get better and better. I'll be back to that spin bike and power walking in no time. Unfortunately, no more bootcamp, kickboxing :( but that has nothing to do with my therapists it's due to the type of reconstructive surgery that was performed. Back to physical therapy tonight...i just hope they are playing some good 80s music to keep me from falling asleep after a long day of work. If in need of physical therapy, try Jag out. You won't be sorry...P.S. they also won't throw you in a corner and forget about you like some therapy places. They will keep you going and make you feel so much better :)

What makes the experience unique at Quantum Physical Therapy as oppose to other places is the personal attention from Robert and his staff. He genuinely cares about your well being. Most patients like myself are suffering from debilitating pain, it helps tremendously to know that he actually cares about that. You are not just another patient. He takes his time to get to know you, works with you on your personal recovery goals. The PT barely spoke to me, they never explained what they were doing or why. There were often so many PT's you had a different one each time you came in. Quantum Physical Therapy is not like that. There is a very caring and friendly atmosphere and that helps the healing process tremendously. It was the only time in the day I felt like it was "take care of me time," because that's how they made me feel I finally was able to relax and loosen up a lot of tension. Now I get anxious when my sessions run out and wonder if I will qualify for more time. Quantum Physical Therapy has always been very flexible about scheduling. They do their best to give you the time slot you need. They are also courteous if you need to change your schedule. They have also worked patiently with me to be reimbursed by my insurance companies and they are good about helping you with your paperwork for insurance companies. I found myself back at POPT for the second time in the past few years. The first time was back in…read more2017 when I had to rehab from rotator cuff surgery. My results back then were more than anything I could have hoped for. This time I broke my ankle and needed emergency surgery. Two weeks after my surgery, I was told to start PT for at least 8-10 weeks. There was no doubt in my mind where I was going for my PT. The doctors at POPT are beyond amazing and really miracle workers as far as I am concerned. Dr Phil Lombardo is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in making sure all your issues are addressed. He is patient, answers all your questions and truly makes you feel cared for. There are so many things that set them apart from other PT facilities but what stands out for me as the most important factor is that the doc is hands on throughout your entire session. They don't just send you on your way for 40 minutes to do exercises on your own. Either Dr Phil, Dr Scott or one of the doctoral students were there to guide you, watch you and just be with you while you are doing what you need to do to get back to 100%. Not only are Dr Phil and Dr Scott unbelievable at what they do, Adrianna, the doctoral student doing a rotation there, was the sunshine everyone needed to make a painful process not so bad. Each and every intern there made me feel comfortable and would help me thru any task I was having a difficult time with. Cassiana is the first person you speak to and see when you walk in the door.
