I first saw Dr. Williams after 6 months of treatment by a sports orthopedist for an "undiagnosed" running injury that was progressively worsening to the point of making even walking painful. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Williams, who patiently listened to me, reviewed the previous MRI's and within a few minutes pinpointed the issue and provided a clear treatment plan. Three weeks later, I was walking - and running - with no pain. Dr. Lal has also treated me, and in similar fashion, listened, quickly pinpointed the issue, outlined an action plan and had me moving again in no time. Additionally, they both have early and late office hours, which definitely makes scheduling around the work day so much easier. The front office is friendly and they are super informed and transparent about costs and billing from the moment you make your first appointment, which allows patients to understand what their costs will be from day 1. All around - a great organization, led by people who obviously care about their patients wellness and do everything possible to make it achievable.

It was a flat rate of X dollars each year. Recently, Dr Lillie quietly only renewed for 6 months (conveniently right before NY goes legal and we won't need her script anymore since anyone can now purchase without a medical reason). The dispensary noticed this and notified us they could not continue to give us meds because of this. When we called Dr Lillie, she offered to fix the problem FOR ADDITIONAL MONEY!!! This is the sign of a Doctor who is in things for the money. Not a good sign for anyone seeking the care of a genuinely caring individual. Secondly, this would be a great time to mention that my family member was never happy seeing this woman because she always rushed her out of her office! And old lady at that!! Lastly, in the midst of all this, we found another doctor who gave us the script for 1/3 of her price! What a RIP OFF!!! People like this disgust me. Hanging out on their yachts and ripping off poor people. You're going to the weed hell lady!!

I went with the cortisone shot to his dismay. Got a second opinion and that doctor drained some fluid turned out to be Lyme disease which thankfully was immediately treated. Rosen didn't even give draining fluid for analysis as an option. If Doctor Rosen had his way he would have opened me up for unnecessary surgery and would have had Lyme undetected. To top it off they charged me for tests I didn't have and had to be re-embursed by my credit card company. He should lose his license to practice. Steven Hellman
