Bob worked with us to provide solutions to some interesting requests that we had made. We agreed that any future projects would include a quote from Creative Contracting. We have done some smaller projects since that time, and most recently we replaced a very large leaking skylight in the kitchen area. Bob provided a quote and we agreed to move forward with the project. Bob introduced us to his foreman Andrew and we discussed the proposed timeline. As with any project there were some minor issues, but we were really impressed with how these issues were addressed. We were very impressed with the crew, especially the communication that was provided during the process. Andrew is top notch. Even though we know he had other jobs that were way more involved than our skylight, he made us feel as if this was his top priority. He communicated with us daily, either by text or phone call and if we had a question or concern, he was quick to respond. When we had a leak the following day, he was honest in explaining what had happened and we appreciated understanding the process. Communication goes a long way in satisfying your customers! DJ was a pleasure to meet. He was hard working and willing to do anything necessary to assist in getting the job done. Adam is a very kind and very caring individual. On the day the job started, I stayed home for 1/2 a day and was in the other room. I could hear Adam explaining to DJ what they were doing, why they were doing it and how they would do it. It was the best example of someone teaching his craft to an apprentice with such patience. I made sure to compliment them both, but especially Adam, he really worked hard at teaching DJ while getting the job done right. I was very impressed. His son, and he both worked very well together and they literally put a queen size bed together from scratch and exchanged mattresses. I am 74 years old and very disabled and could hardly get out of my bed so he fixed my other bed perfectly and I was thrilled because someone else had told me just to throw it away. He also fixed a drawer in a bedside table and the lid on my commode. His price was very, very fair and he was so kind and worked so hard and was so nice. I would recommend this gentleman and his son for any plumbing or carpentry need! Thank God there are still people like this!
