Kerry and his daughter did a great job patching dry wall at our office! They were friendly, tidy, and efficient. Kerry was very responsive and fairly priced. We still need to paint but the spots look seamless to the rest of the wall! Would definitely recommend this family business! read more

Kerry was more than I was hoping for. I was expecting a skilled handyman, but got a seasoned expert with outstanding etiquette. He patched an 3'x 2' hole in my stucco wall with two penetrating pipes. When he was done I could barely tell it was even patched - the only sign of patch work was the discoloration between the wet stucco and the old. He took his time and did everything the right way, instead of rushing. His price approximately $50 lower than what I considered a fair price. He finished in one hour without any rushing at all. Kerry 100% knows what he's doing. read more

Kerry did an AMAZING job with drywall repairs after a recent leak. With decades of experience, his work was exceptional and he took care of all the details (covered floors, cleaned up, etc) efficiently. Highly recommend! read more

Kerry knocked down big and small stucco cracks along the walls and did a good job patching. However he missed quote a few areas and cracks.

I contacted Kerry to schedule a time for a quote, and we agreed on a window between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM. At 1:58 PM I received a text message saying he was on his way. There had been no prior communication that he would be arriving early. I was still at work at the time and did not see the message. At 2:34 PM I called back once I noticed the text to let him know I was not home yet. During that call, he informed me that he had entered through two of my gates to let himself in the backyard to inspect the area. I had not given permission for him to access the property and he did not ask beforehand. Entering private property without permission without confirming access, is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns. I would expect any contractor to confirm access and wait for the scheduled appointment time before entering a gated yard. read more

Excellent work getting my powder room ready for paint and wallpaper. Nice smooth walls. Friendly and clean. Would highly recommend Kerry!!

Kerry was helpful and explained how we could best get our stucco repairs completed. He and his team arrived promptly, completed the job and cleaned up. Stucco repairs were great! read more

Kerry was very professional and patiently answered our questions. The work Kerry and his team did was great. They basically removed and restucco'd an entire wall of my house, in addition to putting in new insulation and a few framing wood pieces due to termite damage they found. The texture match was also perfect. I would definitely call him again for any future work! I also thought the price we paid was fair considering five people came and quickly/efficiently did the work. read more

Kerry was prompt and kept the appointment exactly. He is very clean and did a great job.

Kerry did a great job. He notified me if his start time and called and gave an updated time. He arrived and didn't waste any time getting started. He was very pleasant to deal with. Continued to update me on his progress. When he finished, he left the work site cleaner than when he started. The job he preformed was nothing short of an artist. He blended the new with the old and I couldn't tell where one started and the other began. I would highly recommend him. read more

Kerry's Patching - Had to change out the larger window to accommodate smaller one - Drywall Installation & Repair Near Me

I was in the middle of doing a bathroom remodel and planned on doing all the drywall patchwork myself. As time went on, I realized that time was going to get the best of me and I needed some help completing my reno in a timely fashion. I called Kerry to see his availability and our schedules lined up. I saw his pics online and could tell his finish work looked good. Kerry and his crew did stucco repair around a window and electrical panel on one day, Then came out the next to drywall my bathroom. Everything turned out great! As a fellow contractor it was nice having someone else take pride in their craft working on my house. I will be using him again when needed. read more

Fantastic service. We were a bit concerned on some of our exterior stucco. Kerry came by and gave us very honest feedback that it was purely cosmetic and not to worry. We really appreciate the honesty and time. We will reach out to Kerry anytime that we need patchwork. read more

Highly recommend Kerry and his crew! They did an impeccable job patching up our plaster walls after a pretty extensive electric rewiring work which resulted in a lot of open walls. His team was not only efficient and fast but their work product was of high quality and they did a great job of maintaining and repatching the walls to match the charm of the original plaster walls. The job was done in less than 2 days and they cleaned up thoroughly after their job as well. Will use them again! read more

I wonder if Kerry's Patching is related to Kerry Gold because his work is smooth as butter! Get it?? no? okay...so anywho I contacted Kerry to do some extensive stucco and some light drywall work per the recommendation on Nextdoor app. Anxious, I waited for his walk through because I was afraid of how expensive the price would be. But when he went over the options with me I was no joke elated with his pricing and said yes on the spot! He himself and his crew arrived around 9am and got to work. After a full days of work in demolitioning and prepping for cement, the sun was fading so they decided it would be best to come back the next day to do the patching. Day two the crew arrived a bit earlier and went to work. I like to observe when contractors work because I enjoy knowing how to do things however I was busy myself with tons of errands to do. by the time I got back, they were pretty much done, cleaning up and doing some finishing touches. It looked great! I asked him to give me a quote on some drywall corner cracks and peeling as well as an entire door frame needing drywall work. His price once again was great and he was back out a week later fixing those things as well. My wife is very happy with the work Kerry has done, we have put it off for over 2 years because of my lack of motivation...and now I just need to complete it with some paint. My take aways from this experience: Price 5/5, He might be the most fair priced patcher in all of the OC area. Punctuality 4.5/5, He didnt set a hard start time which can kind of keep you guessing and waiting but he did show up in the "morning" as promised. Work ethics: 5/5 he and his crew worked consistantly from start to finish with only a lunch break, thats impressive yall! Communication: 3.5/5. Kerry is a busy guy, once you get to speak with him, he will be up front with you that sometimes you wont hear from him and if you dont by a certain day to reach back out to him. Remember, he doesnt have a full staff answering calls for him or anything like that, hes truly running a small business by himself with the help of maybe 3 others in the labor side. He has to answer calls, return calls, come out to give bids all while patching peoples homes. All said and done, I'm glad to have done business with Kerry and his crew and will continue to do so. I'll also continue to recommend his business to others when they ask me if I know anyone that does patch work. read more

Kerry did a fantastic job on repairing and patching the stucco after a valve replacement on the side of our house. It is impossible to tell that any cuts were previously made to that section of the wall. Kerry came highly recommended by a plumbing/sprinkler repair company and I will definitely use Kerry for any future drywall/stucco repairs that come up. read more

We had a fantastic experience with Kerry's Patching. Water damage and then re-piping had left the walls and ceilings on our first floor riddled with dozens of large, ragged holes and trenches. Also, the lower half of four walls had been stripped down to the studs after remediation. We got several drywall bids. Kerry's rate was about in the middle. For us, his clear expertise, great communication, and the fact that he came in person to provide the estimate made him the best fit. Kerry and his team started right away and put in 4 full days of hard work. The work was quick, but never rushed, with careful attention to detail. Even with plaster walls, you cannot tell where the new drywall went in. This is master-craftsman work, and we are thrilled. The walls look better than they did pre-damage! We highly recommend Kerry's Patching. read more

I'm a repeat customer of Kerry's Patching. Kerry did an excellent job both times fixing damage in my stucco. After a complete rewire of our house, we were left with some 100+ holes to fill - the walls of the house looked like Swiss cheese! So who to call to get the job done right, and at a fair price? After searching for drywall companies with good reviews, I came across Kerry's Patching, and found they had only good to glowing reviews, so gave them a call. Kerry came out, and after counting up and assessing each of the holes, he gave a quote for the cost of repair, along with an estimated timeline for completion of the work. It took 3 days for them to patch all the holes, which included several holes in the popcorn ceiling (with which they did a good job of matching the surface texture). They did a great job restoring all the wounded walls, with the patchwork being perfectly flush. Side note: After Kerry and his crew did their thing, we had other professional contractors back (including the electricians who made the holes), who commented on how impressed they were by the patching job. Each day, Kerry and his crew showed up on time, and were professional, courteous, and friendly, with the work being completed as quoted. So Kerry's Patching earns yet another 5-Star review! read more

Oh the joys of owning a new home. My wife and I used our garbage disposal for the first time just for all the food to push up out of the other side of the sink along with gallons of water and a stench like death. Yea I have that home warranty that came with the house but the company has an F with the BBB and 3,000+ reviews of pure horror stories. I called my trusted plumber who informed me the old drainage system needed to be replaced since even if he snaked it it would clog again in months. Unfortunately this piping overhaul required him to cut out the wall under my sink and put a fairly large hole on the outside wall. I immediately wanted to both cry and puke at the same time but it had to be done. I jumped on google while he was chiseling away my wall to find out who will repair the exterior stucco and the interior plaster wall. 99% of the search results do one or the other. Kerry's Patching though does both. He does stucco repair, drywall repair, lath & plaster, brown coat, scratch coat, hanging drywall, drywall taping, drywall finishing, drywall texture, installation of bullnose, ponds, waterfalls, and interior / exterior painting. I called Kerry and explained the situation that I needed lath & plaster and stucco repair. I think he could hear the panicky sound in my voice since he informed me he'll come out the same day after his last job. Kerry and his partner Simon came over around 7pm with a smile on their face and a good sense of humor. I showed him what I thought was a horrible situation and he said "Hey, we've trained 30 years for this exact project, this is what we do". After about an hour the exterior and interior looked perfect. I was totally blown away. After we paint you won't be able to tell anything happened. They also protected all surrounding areas and did a thorough cleaning after the job was done. The price was very good too! Kerry's patching saved the day and I couldn't be happier. If you have a plumber or electrician inform you they need to cut holes in your wall don't worry, just call up Kerry! I've uploaded the "after" photos. I really wish I took some before photos. read more

Kerry and his crew just finished a stucco job for us. We have had so many bad experiences over the years, that we are so thrilled when we get to deal with a really high quality company !! They came wearing masks, and explained what they were doing. Knowing that underneath the seamless exterior, the waterproofing was solid, gave us confidence that there wouldn't be any problems in the future. It might just be stucco, and it might have been a relatively small job, but it's on the front of our home, and we appreciated that they did the kind of work that only gets done by those who care about craftsmanship. There have only been a handful of people who've worked on our home over the years, who we'd consider recommending ..... Kerry's Patching will definitely be on that list. read more

I can't speak highly enough of Kerry. Our landscaper put his foot through the side of our outdoor fireplace. I received several quotes and all of them recommended re-stuccoing the fireplace. Thankfully I found Kerry's Patching on Yelp. He came out to look at the job provided a very reasonable bid as well as his timing to complete the job. Kerry showed up on the day that he promised, and did an outstanding job. The stucco repairs blend in so well I can't even see where the damage was after I repainted. These guys do amazing work. A little over a year ago, Kerry and his crew came out to patch about 12 drywall holes and I can hardly remember where those holes were after Kerry was done. We had a large, gaping hole in our ceiling. Kerry did a bangup job from start to finish. His excellent work protocols include meticulous setup and cleanup procedures that left my place immaculate -- I did not even have to cleanup after he left (99% of workers in my home require some sort of cleanup, but not Kerry). Kerry's Patching - Great patch work - Drywall Installation & Repair Near Me

I called Kerry to remove 3 of 4 vents where they exited low on the wall on the outside of the house. They were ugly and only one was needed. The trick, as always, is to patch the wall so the work doesn't show...so the wall doesn't look patched. Kerry came out, gave me an estimate that was quite reasonable...I expected it to be higher because Kerry has a reputation for being a master at patching and matching stucco and drywall. He showed up on time and was clearly the leader of his crew. The work was flawless, perfect really and a rather challenging job was resolved and cleaned up in short order. Kerry is friendly, easy to talk to and a real expert. He does not try to sell you work you don't need. He and his crew are just great. You can trust him. I will always call him first if I think I need the type of work he does...you should call him too. I recommend Kerry's Patching very highly. read more
