He will order one a week later this guy comes out with the part in his hand. no tools asked if I had a screwdriver told him i'll look a bit later he said I have something goes out get a drill with a 8 in. extension told him those screw are so tiny they will strip he said no first push strip it. said I got get a pair of plier snaps the head on the screw inside the boiler head pull igniter off put knew gasket on it. said all set told him the gasket need to be compressed so the gases and flames and carbon monoxide don't leak out or air do seep in. said I got put some paster around it. now I'm looking at this idiot thing you on crack or something. called company said he'll fix it. three months later about 15 calls heard nothing. People told me that company should be closed They know nothing about furnaces or boilers. call other company said you can't drill into those heads they crack it's not mental. and will need all new gaskets for each part being removed. looked in manual and called Well McLain's said it dangerous. you can't run any type of boiler or furnace with the gaskets not being compressed it will cost upward of a $1000.00 to repair. now I will be taking that incompetent Company Ouellette's Plumbing & Heating in Adams Ma. 4 E Hoosac St to court and to get it paid for and if need be, I'm getting very nervus about being in the house knowing the risk. I leave to stay at hotel it will be at Ouellette's cost. Contractors are known for their impolite ways, but this guy sets a new standard . Anyone that even mentions this guy as a possible plumber is now suspect .
