Their system notifies you via text when they're on the way. I added a second car at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. It took about six hours for both cars. They don't need anything except your keys - they have power, water, etc, within their truck. Service was completed in street parking spots. I booked the "in and out detail" which is $335. They added on a $35 pet hair removal fee. Plus tip, this was on the higher end of options. Ou cars were in pretty rough shape, especially inside. The result is certainly much improved, though not perfect for the price. I would likely re-book for interior detailing but maybe not exterior.

In so far as ~14 years of kid stains and roadtrip spills can actually come out of baked-on seat upholstery, the tech Jaxson made my car look and feel brand new. Their mobile unit has everything -- water, power, vacuum, etc, needing no hookups. He worked for over six hours straight without needing a thing from me -- thats well beyond the amount of time I would've expected to be included in a flat rate. Unbelievable transformation. The $290 total included a $50 service charge to get them to come to my house despite it being outside their area, and $40 for a hand wash. He even went above and beyond on the hand wash! But the interior, my goodness. The car feels good to drive again. Scheduling was easy and flexible. It's worth the money to pay these folks to come to you in Portland! (Tip your tech y'all, they're going above and beyond.)

Huge shoutout to Highline Customs…read more After my Audi was broken into, I needed to have the window tint replaced. I reached out to Highline Customs, and Eric ended up replacing the tint completely free of charge. Eric told me he didn't feel right profiting off someone else's misfortune. That honestly meant a lot to me. In a world where businesses are always looking for the next dollar, it's refreshing to come across someone who genuinely cares about people. Not only did they take care of me, but they matched the new tint to the rest of my windows perfectly. You can't even tell that one window was replaced. The tint looks great, the service was amazing, and I couldn't recommend these guys enough. If you need tint, GO SEE HIGHLINE CUSTOMS. Thank you, Eric, for looking out!

They contacted me at 1:30 and said it would be done by 3pm, but that was too late for me, so they gave me a free day of the rental car, and I picked up my car on Tuesday morning. I was blown away with how clean the car looked inside.
