Craftland is a mix of card shop, gift store and souvenir store. The staff is pleasant and very helpful if you need their help. The stuff is all colorful and well laid out, so when I walk in the store, it feels bright and cheerful. This last time I got some t-shirts for my nieces...they have lots of colors, patterns, logos, designs and sizes. I have a TN regular and passport so I wanted to get some refills, they also had some hobonichi notebooks and covers as well. They had a bunch of different kinds of pens, washi tapes, stickers, stencils, etc... definitely worth a stop. I also got a TWSBI fountain pen that I wanted and they had it there! Wanted me to go thru a process of signing an agreement that they had refunded me said amount, ect. THEN! When the 2 packs arrive, they are the wrong color. Dave, I guess the owner, was a huge prick and told me pretty much to get lost and it was out of his control, even though after my claim, they have sense made changes to the listing to make it say its NOT THE COLOR IN THE PICTURE LISTED ON THE WEBSITE! So, all in all, I paid 300+ to have to turn around and $58.20 to ship them back for a refund. Absolutely AVOID this company. ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Because the shop is on the small side and it absolutely filled with goodies, the service is impecable. A warm greeting, a helpful eye, a friendly chat. There's also a section in the back that has children's clothing and other items, and what looked like a sewing station for personalization of any number of items or even tailoring. This will become one of my go-to spots for picking up a lovely gift for a friend or even for myself! Only thing is, no parking means circling Wayland Square or paying for one of the nearby lots.
