The shirts and sweaters had only a few designs (may be only 5) to choose from and the material they were made of did not seem to be of good quality. The magnets were overpriced at $9.99. The items were not organized well. Some shelves were empty. The store was not lit well and looked like it's not being maintained, giving a vibe that they're struggling. If you're looking for quality and cute souvenirs, I'd go to Frog & Toad, Craftland, and/or Rhody Craft.

This store at the Warwick mall is very nice laid out with all the different items nicely displayed. The staff is very polite and friendly and it was nice talking to them about a gift that I wanted to get for a loved one. This store is known and is positioned as "The Place for Personalized Gifts." Corporate research showed their typical patrons were women who viewed themselves as unique gift givers. This moved the company to make stores warm and less masculine. Store associates took the title "Gift Advisers" with the premise that interactions with customers were conversations between two friends coming up with a gift idea. That was my experience, a very cozy, personal shopping experience.

You can grab something quick and be on your way. They have a self-checkout option as well as a cashier, which makes it really convenient when you're in a hurry. I thought the prices were surprisingly reasonable for an airport. I got a string cheese and a protein bar for about $7 total, which I didn't think was bad at all.
