They always have deals going on, and you can accrue their box lunch Cash very easily. Not only do they have Disney stuff they have tons of other characters, they sell lounge flys here. They sell assorted different chips and candy. There's just so much going on and even with this location being regular size and not huge. It's packed with a bunch! Every single time I've come here I've been greeted and the employees are always so kind and sweet. I do also order online and do in-store pick up and I have the same great experience doing that as well. Be sure to check out when they have their deals, especially when it's the clearance items. Buy one get two free!! The store is always very clean never cluttered and very easy to navigate. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

BoxLunch is a specialty retailer offering a curated collection of licensed and non-licensed merchandise. There are apparel, accessories, home goods, gift and novelty, and collectibles of pop culture-themed products. Each section is separated by the theme and is fully stocked. The store is very spacious. In the Big Hero 6 section, there were Disney Big Hero 6 Baymax Blind Bag Magnets and I chose 2 bags. In the middle of the store, there is a blind box/bag section. I have a friend who loves plants so when I saw a Honeymaru Potted Plant Friends Blind Box Plush, I had to get it for her. There is also a clearance section and there are plenty of products that qualifies as clearance. There were two staff members at the register and they were both friendly.

This store at the Warwick mall is very nice laid out with all the different items nicely displayed. The staff is very polite and friendly and it was nice talking to them about a gift that I wanted to get for a loved one. This store is known and is positioned as "The Place for Personalized Gifts." Corporate research showed their typical patrons were women who viewed themselves as unique gift givers. This moved the company to make stores warm and less masculine. Store associates took the title "Gift Advisers" with the premise that interactions with customers were conversations between two friends coming up with a gift idea. That was my experience, a very cozy, personal shopping experience.

The store nicely organized with many things to choose from. They sell items to commemorate all occasions such as birthdays, graduations, birth of a baby, and retirement to name a few. They had a sale going in which was buy one item, get a second item 50% off everything in the store. The also provide free engraving while you wait. The staff was very attentive and helpful. My daughter chose a lovely bracelet which had a round charm attached to allow engraving. The prices were reasonable especially with a second item for the additional discount. Overall this is a nice store with a great selection of gifts!

Daniel Swarovski, born in northern Bohemia in 1862, now the Czech Republic, was an apprentice in his father's glass cutting shop, when he invented an electric cutting machine, that would be patented and we would then be rewarded with his works of art, worldwide. Because the art form of glass cutting was so popular in his hometown, he decided to move to Tyrol, Austria, where the water needed was plentiful and the market was wide open for glass cutting. In 1885 he founded Swarovski, his crystal cutting factory in Wattens, Tyrol. Swarovski crystal contains approximately 32% lead to maximize refraction. Crystal sculptures, figurines, home decor, chandeliers, fashion accessories and jewelry are all marked with the edelweiss flower, before 1988 and the famous swan afterwards. This address is for the North American Customer and Service Centre. Their toll free phone number is: 1 800 426-3088. Shopping online is always more of a joy to me and Swarovski offers free shipping and wrapping, for any purchase over $95.00, which is not hard to spend on their beautiful merchandise. I have been to the Flagship store in Innsbruck, Tyrol, Austria, another in Lucerne, Switzerland and many Swarovski shops throughout the USA. Swarovski Crystal is sold worldwide. For your convenience, you can also shop online. The website for purchasing Swarovski Crystal is: http://www.swarovski.com/ Swarovski Crystal is an investment if it stays in good condition or you do not lose it like the bracelet that I purchased in San Diego. Most all Swarovski merchandise is sold in limited quantities and for a limited time only. In Switzerland, I purchased a Swarovski crystal bead necklace, that can either be worn long with the crystal pendant in view or doubled up into a two stranded set of beads with the pendant being used as the clasp. I paid $210.00 at the time and if I were to ever decide to sell them, I would fetch a nice return on my money, I'm sure. Daniel Swarovski passed on in 1956, but his legend and product shall live forever. Thank you Mr. Swarovski for making me and my house sparkle.

I contacted their customer service department both by phone and online, to dispute an undisclosed shipping delivery fee on my purchase/transaction. I provided the customer service agent proof that the stand shipping was free, in return I received an email reply stating that their website indicates the shipping is free for purchases of $75.00. I didn't ask for information about free shipping, completely disappointed. I will write a detailed letter addressing all of my concerns and will never purchase from Swarovski again.
