Love this local gem. I've been visiting Corydon for several years and always wondered why they didn't have a coffee shop! Well, I was wrong, they do and it's awesome! It's a super cute and fun place. They have love music and games to play while you drink your coffee. It's a great place to work. It's not super busy or too loud! This is a perfect place of you are a remote worker. This is also a local hangout. I visited during a weekday morning and a group of older gentlemen had the large table. I could tell it was a tradition! I will for sure be back!

Kentjava Bar is a beautiful little coffee stop in historic downtown Corydon, Indiana. I love to stop in and see what's new. And as I am not a coffee drinker I am very glad for their ice teas, hot teas, and hot chocolate on cold days! Today I splurged and got an iced hot chocolate and a small coffee for my boss! I was greeted with a warm Good Morning and service was great! My favorite thing about this little place is all the local artists featured on the walls of the shop. It's like being in at an art show while you wait for your order! P.S my boss said the coffee was great a Medium Burundi roast I believe it was!

    Chilling at Kent Java!

Started out a little rough at the hostess stand when we requested to get menus for three people…read morethey asked if we would like lunch and dinner menus. We said yes, and then they asked if 2 was enough. No... If we have three people we would like three lunch menus and three dinner menus. After that, we were served extremely well and taken care of. Our food was delicious and consistent. Definitely a nice stop on our road trip, we would hit this Cracker Barrel up again.

Cracker Barrels everywhere have slipped in quality since their hipster CEO took over and is trying…read moreto lower the food quality while somehow attracting a non-traditional clientele because she doesn't like the kind of middle-class travels that the chain was built on. On a corporate level, I'd say the CEO is a failure and continues to be so. But on a local level, the manager on hand makes a big difference. In this case, a very friendly staff taught to work together, be friendly, and be quick (something else CB is not known for). We came in late, 30 minutes before closing and the staff was cleaning things up although there were still customers on the floor. They sat us as soon as they noticed us and got our food out quickly without rushing us so they could leave. We rushed ourselves as we hate wasting other people's time but they made no effort to push us along and kept checking in on us. Food was good and plentiful and it was nice to see them at the end of a long shift helping each other with a positive attitude about it while prepping to close for the night.
