Fam loves all DQ, makes everyone happy. Unfortunately, we left before ordering here. Have never seen so many staff members doing so little to process orders. 11:30a on a Sunday. No one taking orders inside, 2 customers waiting on order, 2 in line, more coming inside. Only one person making ice cream, two in kitchen moving slowly. Drive thru line employe sitting and waiting doing nothin. Male employee filling multiple ice buckets into soda machine. No one communicating to each other or to customers. Estimate would have been 1 hour to get food and left instead to get back in road. We ordered our treats on the app and when we receive them my large caramel malt was runny enough to where it almost splashed over the side of the cup and my fiance's mulatte was lacking any of the chocolate which she had to go back in and ask to receive and my watery liquidy malt had chunks of malt coming up the straw every swig. Very pleased to say that this Dairy Queen did in fact mix my blizzard properly and I had bits of the cookie dough all throughout. However whoever is in charge of ordering the stock needs and should do a better job at said stocking. Great customer service! read more

No amount of gooey hot fudge is worth the attitude and bullshit from the toddlers working the counter. One of them actually shoved my order at me, rolled her eyes, and barked, "Here's your stupid biscuits and gravy!" You can imagine how that went over. Literally have been sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes after placing my order. I would've have done pulled off but I'm trapped in between cars. Most other restaurants would have pulled other cars forward and had them wait if the had large orders. This is ridiculous. read more

They deserve lower than one star. First, they need to learn how to prepare an order. They often draw an ice cream cone before having the rest of the order ready. By the time you do get your cone, the bottom of the cone is soggy. They need to learn how to handle prepared frozen treats. We ordered a Buster Bar. When they gave it to us straight out of a new box, we checked it right away because it was flat on one side. (They are supposed to be round.) It had been partially melted then put back in the freezer. When we showed it to them, they gave us another one from the same box, which was equally flat/partially melted/refrozen. When we refused the second one for the same reason, we were told "I can't tell if it's melted. It's still sealed." We asked for the manager, and she said she was the manager. (Like the one Joe Walsh album was titled, You Can't Argue with a Sick Mind.) So, based on the above, I guess we have to add, they need to learn a thing or two about customer satisfaction. read more

The person working the drive thru Sunday evening was not a teenager she was a middle aged adult, was very rude when my husband didn't hear the price, he gave her what he thought she said, she counted it and acted like he was trying to rip her off and rude about it.
