We got there and it took like 25 minutes for only a chicken basket! And the service was very rushed and we were the only people in the place. Would not recommend... read more

Worst Dairy Queen experience ever the fry oil was old and dirty making my chicken strips taste awful and they didn't return my wife's card and when we called to see about it they never answered the phone. read more

Ive been waiting for my food for an hour! Only have one cook it looks like and they are serving drive thru more than there indoors costumers. They're manners are awful and they aren't cleaning tables. read more

Fam loves all DQ, makes everyone happy. Unfortunately, we left before ordering here. Have never seen so many staff members doing so little to process orders. 11:30a on a Sunday. No one taking orders inside, 2 customers waiting on order, 2 in line, more coming inside. Only one person making ice cream, two in kitchen moving slowly. Drive thru line employe sitting and waiting doing nothin. Male employee filling multiple ice buckets into soda machine. No one communicating to each other or to customers. Estimate would have been 1 hour to get food and left instead to get back in road. Also skipped the local cave activity was so unbelievable here. 5 employees no paper towels in bathroom or working dryer. read more

Overall a decent place to eat y'all are no life Karen's getting on an app to complain because no one wants to listen to a liar I saw one review that said that receive "raw" bacon no you didn't be so fr if you go to any fast food place during a rush expect your food to be mid they are normal ppl not chef's also when you order ice cream with toppings y'all need to realize consistency changes on ice cream with different temperatured toppings read more

the food was okay my toast was cold service was slow they got my drink wrong if I was you I wouldn't eat there.

My sons and I went to the Dairy Queen in Corydon, Indiana. We thought we would have a good experience because we have never got a bad experience at any restaurant in Corydon. We order our food and sat down. I told my son to look at the time the order was took. 20 minutes we had sat waiting for our order. They had given us our drinks with a number tent and told us they would bring it out to us but my son went up to ask about our order. I thought what is taking him so long. 3 employees with their back to customers in line, my son being on. I said why don't you ask for a refund and we will go to Culvers. After some time, they actually acknowledged people in line. No apologies for the length of time and our food was cold. We spent $40 on our food for bad service and a 30 minute wait for cold food. Not worth the money or my time. Have learned to just go to Culvers because I know they always give excellent service, and if I'm going to spend the same kind of money, why not. And I personally have never received cold food there. Avoid this place at all cost. read more

We ordered our treats on the app and when we receive them my large caramel malt was runny enough to where it almost splashed over the side of the cup and my fiance's mulatte was lacking any of the chocolate which she had to go back in and ask to receive and my watery liquidy malt had chunks of malt coming up the straw every swig. So the only upside to this was that the girl working was very sweet we just believe she received terrible training from her superiors. 4/12/25 read more

One of the worst DQ's we've been to. Ordered 2 mini dipped strawberry blizzards. They were like soup. Complete waste of money and time. After waiting for 15 minutes just to get them, we realized it would take forever to get the issue corrected. read more

Very pleased to say that this Dairy Queen did in fact mix my blizzard properly and I had bits of the cookie dough all throughout. However whoever is in charge of ordering the stock needs and should do a better job at said stocking. Great customer service! read more

The employee was very friendly and professional. While my order was not made exactly as I wanted, I could tell that there was an attempt and with the level of friendly customer service....still 4 stars! read more

No amount of gooey hot fudge is worth the attitude and bullshit from the toddlers working the counter. One of them actually shoved my order at me, rolled her eyes, and barked, "Here's your stupid biscuits and gravy!" You can imagine how that went over. Fire the children or teach them how to behave in public. read more

These workers never know when that one person will be the one to post a review on YELP...every interaction is crucial. Im a door dasher and when the customer ordered lunch during breakfast, they gave me a number and had me wait...5 minutes passed and I had another order pop up... So I went back to get it and she explained it would take 20 minutes. She was so kind and worked as quickly as possible... thats all we can ask for. (PS-the cotton candy blizzard is the bomb diggity) read more

Literally have been sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes after placing my order. I would've have done pulled off but I'm trapped in between cars. Most other restaurants would have pulled other cars forward and had them wait if the had large orders. This is ridiculous. read more

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Bad drive thru service. - Fast Food Near Me - Corydon, Indiana

Excessive long waits with few cars in drive-thru. Third visit this summer and toppings are sparse, our hot fudge sundae had a thin super skimpy line placed around the cup, they never add enough to make it what it should be. Opposite on the preparation of Blizzards, where mix-in-toppings are extremely overwhelmingly. read more

It varies here from hour to hour and day to day. Some of the employees are incredible and go out of their way to make you feel like your order matters. Other times it seems like the people working would rather have teeth pulled than even acknowledge you. read more

They deserve lower than one star. First, they need to learn how to prepare an order. They often draw an ice cream cone before having the rest of the order ready. By the time you do get your cone, the bottom of the cone is soggy. They need to learn how to handle prepared frozen treats. We ordered a Buster Bar. When they gave it to us straight out of a new box, we checked it right away because it was flat on one side. (They are supposed to be round.) It had been partially melted then put back in the freezer. When we showed it to them, they gave us another one from the same box, which was equally flat/partially melted/refrozen. When we refused the second one for the same reason, we were told "I can't tell if it's melted. It's still sealed." We asked for the manager, and she said she was the manager. (Like the one Joe Walsh album was titled, You Can't Argue with a Sick Mind.) So, based on the above, I guess we have to add, they need to learn a thing or two about customer satisfaction. read more

blizzards with little to no toppings, they take FOREVER, and their food is cold 90% of the time. Go to Culver's for warm food and good ice cream. read more

The person working the drive thru Sunday evening was not a teenager she was a middle aged adult, was very rude when my husband didn't hear the price, he gave her what he thought she said, she counted it and acted like he was trying to rip her off and rude about it. Some people can't hear good and you need to be respectful when that happens and not be so rude! Plus the ice cream was very soft and chunks left in the blizzard. read more

Don't be in a hurry when getting food here. Super slow service! Waited over 15 minutes in drive thru line with only 4 cars ahead of me.

very fast ice cream service everyone was in proper covid 19 gear and drive thru was very clean and had very little wait time

Do you enjoy cold, barely cooked fries? Do you prefer the bacon on your burger to be raw? If so, this Dairy Queen is for you! I was going to stop at Culver's but the line was too long. Needless to say. I stopped here and wish I hadn't. I ended up throwing my meal away whenever I stopped for gas next door. Don't make the same mistake I did. You're better off going anywhere else... read more

They are all wearing black gloves and handling money and food with these gloves. They need to look up cross contamination. They are going to spread COVID19 with all those dirty gloves. read more

Decent food. Blizzards here almost always superb. Lost a star because they can be RIDICULOUSLY slow.

I get it that your employees are in high school but can we at least get the ones in the top 50%? Also I love dodging the water dripping from the ceiling because it had rained earlier. It had been a long time since I have been a patron here and I now remember why. read more

Inefficient and unproductive describes this place perfectly. 24 minutes for a single to go order during a very slow period of customers with a full crew. read more

This place was good when it first opened, but now the place is slow and you don't even get hot food. I don't even go there for ice cream anymore. Too over priced. read more

After reading the reviews, I was worried. However, they must have gotten new management and re-opened the place. The staff was very nice and the food was hot and ready before we even finished getting our drinks. Very nice place! read more
