Mike, Andy and the entire staff are true professionals in every aspect. They are knowledgeable, kind and will answer every question you have about your new bike. They took the time to professionally measure and fit me into my trike with precision. Originally, I had my mind made up about a particular trike. By working together and listening to my health concerns, I switched gears (bike joke) and chose another model better suited me. Seamlessly, both Mike and Andy transitioned with me. I added some accessories to my new trike and received 10% off on every accessory I purchased. I'm a careful, comparison shopper and thoroughly research EVERYTHING. There's no need to research. They had a selection of newer, well maintained bikes, bikes with back baskets, and a tandem. The regular bikes were $6/hour. The person working helped fit us and we got on our way. The bikes held well and had been tuned up recently. Neither of us had trouble and they were both smooth rides. When dropping off the bikes, we also grabbed a few drinks and snacks they sold. The trail mix and drinks were between $1 and $2. They also have ice cream. It's great they had cold beverages as there are not many shops nearby the trail.

Its not a great environment and no supervision. Parents must be dumping their kids off and leaving. The older kids are great (18 and up). Its $15 per skater, helmets required, has 2 vending machines, large skate/bike area, foam pit, smaller ramp area, skate shop with lots of merch. Customer service desk has been kind.
