They started conversation as "You are not our customer" simply because I got their service through the insurance. But I must tell you, one of your guys, Basim really does not seem to care about your customers. I called you guys for lock out service, and he showed up on site, then he did not walk out of his car for more than 20 minutes because he was on the phone with his friends or whatever. And my car was running, and I am pretty sure that he saw me as well because I was standing by my car which was really close to his. Then he slowly walked out of his car and did the job which takes about 30 seconds. I already waited like 45 minutes and had to wait 20 minutes longer after he arrived because he did not get out of his car. Very horrible customer service, I can tell.
