Fraud! Numerous charges for services I didn't receive!!!!! Charged $1238 for under 5 miles tow. Charges included a $250 clean up fee, even though there was no debris, leaking fluids, or anything to clean up. Driver even admitted there was no clean up and the extra charges are automatically added on to inflate the price in the tow in attempts to defraud my insurance company. Also charged me $189 for a "gate fee" even though the vehicle was never parked inside their gated lot at any point. Avoid these scammers at all costs read more

I own a small Auto Shop in the next county over. I needed a steering column for a 2010 F150. They have it available within 2 hours. Part seems to be in good order. This is not the first time I've dealt with Lamonte and Jason. They're both very professional and genuinely interested in seeing that I get what I need. I just had a very friendly and fulfilling experience with Kennys. I was going out of town next day when I noticed one of my taillights was not working. this was after 4pm and most places close at 5pm. They told me to come on out and they would look at it. They worked on it almost 2 hours, and got the directional light and back license light to work, so I would be legal for the trip and would be gone around 14 days before able to get it fixed. When I got back and we found a new one it was replaced in around 5 minutes. They were all so very nice to me and very friendly. Their workmanship is super and so is their friendliness. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! This is my first time writing a bad review on a business but I felt that I had to WARN FUTURE CUSTOMERS! We called to order a trunk lid for a ford escape. We were told there was nothing wrong with it and it would have everything intact. It showed up with the top all scratched and a panel missing. I calmly called the shop to work out a deal with JOSH he was friendly ( at first ) understood the situation and wanted to make it right. Said he would ship the pannel as soon as he found it. A week goes by with NO PHONE CALL. Called multiple times asking for him and he was "busy" no return call or anything. Then I finally asked to speak to the manager LEMONT. What a PIECE OF WORK HE IS.. Before I could explain what Josh has told me he told me "YEA BUDDY WE DONT GOT IT. trying to get a word in. YEA THE PANEL WAS SHIPPED WITH IT. This guy lied to save his butt. I said that's not how you treat customers and he HUNG UP!! How is this guy the manager? How is this place still running? NEXT TIME TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!!! BOTTOM LINE! THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!!!!!!!
