Charges included a $250 clean up fee, even though there was no debris, leaking fluids, or anything to clean up. Driver even admitted there was no clean up and the extra charges are automatically added on to inflate the price in the tow in attempts to defraud my insurance company. Also charged me $189 for a "gate fee" even though the vehicle was never parked inside their gated lot at any point. Avoid these scammers at all costs
