Someone ran into the front end of my 2021 BMW 4 series at a stop sign…read more I chose Mike's Collision Repair because his shop is located near my house and was an authorized repair shop through State Farm insurance. After filing the claim, Mike's setup an appointment to estimate the repairs the next day. Mike, the owner, who worked with me throughout the entire repair, was upfront from day one stating that it'd likely be 5 weeks before my car was repaired. This was due to supply chain issues and the number of scheduled repairs ahead of me. Nonetheless, he ordered the parts immediately after preparing the estimate. About two or three weeks after the estimate, he had me drop my car off. Repairs at his shop took about 5 days (which included replacing the front end, the hood, and paint). My car also had to go to a BMW shop to diagnose why the air intake shutters wouldn't open after installation. That took 2-3 days because the BMW shop forgot they had to work on my car. Despite the long wait for my car to be fixed (about a month in total - but I had a rental during this time through my insurance) Mike was great at communicating status and what was going on. He's a super personable guy, and my car looks brand new - pictures attached. In summary, I'd highly recommend getting repairs from Mike's Collision if you're ever in an accident.

I made it clear to him that I was very interested, including adding it to my insurance, calling the notary to verify they were open. Called him back to say all was good and that I was on my way. He told me not too come until after 1 as the car was buried under snow and ice. I made it very clear I was very interested and driving well over an hour to get there, not to mention setting up a ride to get there. I arrived shortly before 2, walked in and told him I was there to see the car. He said it sold earlier that morning. At this point I'm thinking this guy is pulling my leg, they must have pulled the car inside to clean it off. But nope, instead I got a bunch of attitude that "this stuff happens all the time.". " I don't know what you want me to tell you ". They had some other cars I might have considered, but with that lousy attitude I'll never give them any business.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I bought a used vehicle from a private owner. The seller had me meet him at…read morethis shop, where he had the car get an advanced inspection, emissions and we completed all the other paperwork. The seller told me he couldn't meet me there to finalize the deal until right before they closed. When we got there, he met us outside and stated their sticker machine was broken so they were unable to put the inspection/emission stickers on the vehicle, but that it had been completed, there were no issues, and I could come back the next day to get the stickers put on. I understand that this was the point in which I should have said no, somethings fishy. However, I really needed a car for my family, and it was my first vehicle ever. When we returned the next day, they said the machine was still broken. When we called the day after that, they sounded confused when we said that the sticker machine was broken the other day and asked if it was working yet. They said yeah, come over. When we got there, they saw our car and said that the machine was still broken. After exactly 10 days of phone calls, sometimes very rude on their end, we were able to get the stickers on the car (that now had the check engine light on.) Less than a month later, we had MANY issues with the car. I have spent thousands more dollars in a very short amount of time on this vehicle that I was assured by both the seller and Jim that there was nothing wrong with it. Shame on me for being naive and not thorough, but also shame on them for being shady jerks.
