They go above and beyond in their care. One family member had a mouth ache over the weekend and they were willing to see her on Sunday when the office was closed. I've never seen this level of concern for a patient at any practice. Their commitment to patients is beyond transactional. The dentists do not rush and communicate with the patient to ensure all concerns are addressed. I can be grouchy about excess X-rays in general and they are savvy in dealing with my concerns while ensuring I get proper care. The staff communicates fluently in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese. I switched to this practice due to a long distance move and thankfully they have been willing and capable of servicing my dental prosthetics from the previous dentist.
