The swelling, lumps, discoloration, and contour irregularities have been present continuously since the original treatment and have been documented throughout the past eight years by multiple medical professionals. Shortly after the filler was placed, I sought evaluation from a nationally recognized injector and trainer who diagnosed malar edema and advised that the filler had been improperly placed. This was my first experience with tear trough filler or any filler. Since then, I have consulted numerous injectors, vein specialists, and oculoplastic surgeons, all of which is documented. Contrary to your statement, there is extensive published discussion within the aesthetic community regarding the long-term complications of tear trough filler, including persistent swelling, malar edema, Tyndall effect, migration, and filler remaining detectable years after injection. These are recognized complications and not claims I have invented. I have never stated that this experience was a "new" problem that suddenly appeared after eight years. I have consistently stated that it has been an ongoing issue since the original treatment. My review reflects my personal experience and documented medical history. Facts, opinions, and personal experiences are not defamation. Since you have suggested legal action, I welcome the opportunity to pursue this further.

Susie is one of a kind, she takes time to listen and understand, while also sharing her expertise and recommendations. I've never had a problem that she hasn't been able to help with. I've had lasers, Botox, fillers (all while on a limited budget), you name it, she has put the work in with me. I personally like to err on the side of natural with very minor tweaks, and her work in that regard is impeccable. Most recently she recommended a series of Coolpeel treatments and I cannot believe how different my skin looks. I had never even heard of this laser, but now I'm obsessed. I've never felt more confident in the skin I am in; And that is the entire purpose of these treatments. The estheticians are always great, but there have definitely been some poor changes lately that I believe reflect inconsistent leadership or ownership. The estheticians used to be long-time employees and I knew most of them and received great care from them. However, the staffing over the last year continues to change and it's difficult to build rapport and have someone get to know your skin when it's always someone new. I have a grandfathered membership price that is much lower than the price for new membership. My monthly rate was raised by $10 without notice a few months ago. Not a huge deal, but most companies would alert you if there is going to be any kind of pricing increase before just taking the money and charging the card on file. I am always a huge fan of their rotating monthly specials for facials. I got their Fire and Ice seasonal facial on 08/29 and really enjoyed my results. I booked the same facial 16 days later online in my membership dashboard and it showed a price of $0.00 when I booked it. I saw the seasonal Desert Bloom facial directly beneath it, also at $0 to book. Went in for my service and was very surprised to be charged a $72 upgrade at the end. I showed my esthetician the booking on my end that clearly showed $0. I would have booked the Desert Bloom, had I known there was an upgrade fee on Fire and Ice. I also was not alerted of the price difference prior to my service. I made a mistake and paid it any way, not have to hassle the esthetician because it's not their fault. I figured I would email their customer service and that this would be an easy fix. I emailed three times and have called twice in the last four days and no one has attempted to return my email or my call. I have been a huge advocate for Facialworks, bringing clients, business partners, friends, and family over the last several years. I am extremely disappointed to be blown off this way. As someone that worked in management for many years, this is very poor business acumen. Also to add, that they terminated one of their best estheticians for being pregnant, which is absolutely unacceptable. Didn't want to have to resort to Yelp, but no one will respond to my emails or calls.

If you want the best of the best TAYLOR LORDEN is a must see hairstylist!! She has been doing my hair for years now and has always gone beyond my expectations! She does a perfect job on my blonde highlights and extensions. My hair extensions last me forever! I've never had extension hair last so long till I started seeing Taylor! Not to mention the salon itself is beautiful! It's big and clean and they have a private color processing room in the back for the clients. Taylor also uses Kerastasse protein treatments on my hair after the color process that leave my hair feeling so silky and smooth.
