Now your two children are separated, if you're standing with your 4 year old be prepared for a dentist to talk and treat your 5 year old child without you speaking to them. No introduction, nothing. Yes, you read that right! A grown person who went to a medical school, talked to a 5 year old without any interaction with the parent prior to touching them. This is the wildest thing you can't even make up! Fourth- Inconsistent information. One tech says don't have your child brush for 6 hours after fluoride. One tech says nothing. My child was walking herself down the hall and all finished up. This place is not good. Granted most of this stems from having children being seen in two different spaces but who is in charge here?! My opinion is this place is not worth your time, energy, patience, money, like there is no reason to partake in the services from this place.

There is always a credit on our account like they don't ever charge you right the first time. And don't bring a credit card to pay, it's nearly a $9 fee to use a credit card, which is absurd. They just got done at the dentist, they don't need candy or popsicles.
