For the most part I did land based simple stretches. On occassion they did use a tens unit to help with muscle tension. I did see some improvement with these approaches. Overall it was a very friendly and welcoming environment. The physical therapy room was small and the equipement they had was rather limited but adequate. Honestly I preferred a smaller room with more privacy than some of the alternatives offered elsewhere. I did recover from the injuries that I needed the physical therapy for. That is the purpose of physical therapy, to recover from an injury or surgery. And I am very grateful that I had an opportunity to do so. Because without physical therapy i would have not have been able to walk right and do many other things. Thankyou so much! You all are such a blessing!

I have been sent Quest Diagnostics for years as a healthcare traveler, always had excelllent…read moreencounters with friendly staff who were able to find me in the computer and quickly get my tests performed. Not here. It felt chaotic. Disorganized. Rushed. The kiosk system apparently only checks in folks some of the time, as people who had checked in were waiting and told they didn't check in. There is no front desk staff, only a kiosk. I was a walk-in, as my work requested tests the night prior and all in-line appointments were already booked for the morning. But the website said I could come as a walk-in and might get seen. I was happy to be called back after 30 minutes. I had my photo ID, orders and my company's billing account number pulled up on my phone in the email I had been sent from work. Phlebotomist couldn't find my orders in the system, said I'd have to get a doctor's order and pay cash for the test, was rushed and irritated, and sent me home telling me I had no orders and the billing code was invalid. I called work, left a message. Tried to figure out what was missing, asked her questions, I could see my orders and the billing account on my phone. I even looked at her screen and pointed out that she was looking in a chart that wasn't mine! Same first name. Close. But the wrong patient! She was looking in the wrong person's chart. Not my chart. She still sent me home, she couldn't find my info so no testing today! She later blamed me for not showing her the ID that I was holding in my hand when she phoned me back from the parking lot, acknowledging her error and located me in the system. There were two patients with the same first name. That was the confusion. I realize mistakes can happen with folks with same first names, but this was handled poorly. On the plus side, it a clean facility, and there was free parking. And I eventually was able to complete the testing my work requested.

My medical office needed a fax number, got that and they sent over the required paperwork. I made an appointment at Quest, went in and had a very bad blood draw, needle stick in the wrong place...moved the needle around 3 more times, no vein. I again told her where the vein was ( I've donated nearly 100 pints of whole blood), she restuck me and plenty there. A week later and a day before my physical at home, I called my medical office and no results yet. They called and Quest had no record of my visit. They have record because they took $40 of mine. Called the day of my appointment and had to cancel my appointment. Thanks Quest Champaign.

Maybe the insurance on file decided to just disappear,by an act of magic?? Anyway talked to customer service,nurse and the Billing Department as well! After having the so called insurance for 8 years now,oh! Yes it does show on your record? Whoever invented the idea of including in your appointment the amount you would have to pay? I tried to get this blood work done at three different locations prior to going to Quest Diagnostics, but due to the specialized tests and tubes required, no one could do it but Quest. By the time I got to Quest, I'd worked myself into a panic. I explained my anxiety to Deb, and she was kind, patient empathetic and warm. She kept me distracted with pleasant friendly conversation the whole time, and she has an angel's touch. After decades of experience, she is a master of the needle. I had to give five tubes of blood, but in her hands I barely noticed. Deb made what could have been a really awful experience for me into a surprisingly pleasant morning. I am truly grateful to her, and I will definitely be using Quest again. I don't understand the crappy reviews here, except we all know often times the people writing the reviews are far worse than the folks they're complaining about. Be kind, be friendly, be respectful and you'll get it back two-fold a Quest Diagnostics.

They had it for 4 days, and not once did I drive off the vehicle with my car fixed, they lied and said they put a new powers during pump in it, I took it to a dealership and they said it needed a new power staring pump the lady gave me back my $600 in labor but refused to give me back the price for the used part , which she charged me full price just to find out when I went to the dealership that it was a bad pump , leaking , my power steering reservoir was even bone dry. Do not trust this establishment. They ripped me off $400 and refused to give it back.
